"We're ready to break into the bank!" Announced a police officer suited with a bulletproof vest and a riot shield on his arm. "We can go at any time!"

"Okay! The technical back-up team and control team are already in position for any possible complication!" Another police officer announced for everyone to hear.

"Have the robbers made any demands?" The chief, assuming he is by how he questions the other officer with such calmness. "No, not yet..."

"We called the phone in the bank just a moment ago, but they aren't talking..."

"Hey, those cops are acting funny out there." The phone inside of the bank kept ringing as one of the robber called out to the other two to tell about the cops.

"That's because we ain't saying anything!" The two other robbers could be seen getting one people each, already stunned by a stun gun and dragging them to a certain corner along with the bank chief.

"It's more convinient for us this way!" The what looks like the mastermind of the robbery said and continued, "By allowing them to think we'll eventually make demands, we'll cause them to hesitate on forcing their way inside!"

'So that's what their intention, huh.' Chisato sat silently and eavesdropping to their conversation. She could hear the stun gun's silent 'zzt' as it hits people, as well as their silent scream of pain before they go unconscious.

'That's why they said something about having those who knew one another to be separated.' She concluded. 'To be able to get person that, I assume, the same size as them, to frame them as the robbers.'

'Well, now that I think I got the gist of what they're doing... I think I'll wait 'til they got to the last stage of their plan before I jumped out.'

"-and about this dangerous foreign woman..." one of the robber said, the only thing Chisato heard after her conclusion and plan. "See you again on the other side."

'W-Wait...!'

"Y-you understand...?" Mitsuhiko questioned as Conan tied the robber's hand and feet together. "You understand the robbers' plan?"

"Yeah..." Conan answered, tieing the knot tightly. "Those robbers probably intend to disguise themselves as hostages in order to escape from the bank."

The three other kids with him looks perplexed. How do they do that? disguise themselves as hostages?

"D-Disguise?"

"How?"

"Did you guys notice how the robbers have similar appearances?" Conan questioned the other three who then started to think back at the time where they saw the robbers.

"Yeah, the guy that Jodie-sensei beat at the bathroom, and the guy who made Jodie-sensei lose consciousness with a stun gun. They all wore similar masks and jackets." Mitsuhiko concluded.

"The one they left in the bathroom has his mask and jacket removed by his partners, right? Afterward, this guy who was called here also removed his." Conan stated as he looks at the unconscious robber who slipped on his own.

"In other words, the robbers planned to choose five people among the hostages, knock 'em out with a stun gun, then cover them with the mask, put the jackets on them, and have those hostages pose as the robbers themselves!" Conan concluded for everyone to hear. Well, those guys on the bathroom thats is.

"But won't they be found out immediately?" Genta questioned. There's no way they wouldn't know who's the real thing and not right?

"They won't." Conan answered and Genta seems a little shock at the answer, feeling bad about the poor innocent hostages. "Because Jodie-sensei's eyes, mouth and arms have been disabled with tape, and the other hostages should be in the same condition."
