We arrive at a familiar place as I realize we're at the training grounds that Itsuki and I have been training at. My heart begins to twist as I realize Itsuki's all alone with a beautiful girl that he has history with.

I frown as Hiromi pulls up and parks turning the bike off creating silence other than the nature surrounding us. I can't help but to feel a pang of sadness due to the circumstances, but I can't let that stop me from achieving what I promised myself I would do.

I have to become stronger... especially for Itsuki. I can't let him hurt himself to protect me. I step off of the bike as I watch Hiromi kick the stand and walk over towards me causing my heart to beat against my chest.

His presence is almost breathtaking... and I'm not completely sure why. He smiles at me as my heart stops, he begins to chuckle.
"Training starts immediately, show me what you have." Suddenly he teleports away as I realize he may not know I can't use my powers willingly.

I sigh as I walk towards the open area combat arena outlooking the river as I cross my arms in defeat. He might as well bring me back... just as I let my guard down I'm surprise attacked by Hiromi from my left side as he places me in a death grip.

He squeezes tighter as I suddenly let out a gasp, his lips inches from my ear he begins to whisper.
"You must enjoy our embrace..." He begins as I furrow my eyebrows at his outrageous words.
"Otherwise you'd use your powers." He chuckles as I shudder underneath his grip.

What's going on with me? Why don't I absolutely despise him? Why do I feel so compliant... could it possibly be that a part of me feels magnetized to Hiromi and every fiber of my body is fighting against it as if he were the bad guy.

"I don't have control over them." I blurt out, relying on my words to intrigue him more than I do... my glance meets the floor as I suddenly realize maybe I shouldn't have told him that...

Just as I regret my words he steps back and scratches the back of his neck as a nervous smile flashes across his face.
"Is that so?"
I look to the ground in embarrassment as I sigh.

He chuckles as I dart up to his eyes with a pout on my face, I notice he's amused by my torment.
"Relax, I'll help you harness your power."

Hiromi steps towards me as my heart begins to race from his sudden action. He reaches his hand out, his hand cuffing something inside. Curiosity falls upon me as he smiles at me and nods at me to hold my hand out.

I oblige as I reach out towards his hand as he drops a bracelet into my hand, with a white crystal on it. I furrow my eyebrows at the piece of jewelry as Hiromi scratches his neck nervously as he clears his throat.

"It's a crystal of enlightenment, it will help you understand your power." His words cause my heart to stop as I begin to wonder, did he specially get this for me? If so, how did he know I would need this for my powers...

"Why do you want to help me?" I ask in confusion.
"Why not?" He chuckles.
I narrow my eyes at him as I glance at the bracelet once more as suddenly Hiromi closes the distance between us and grasps the bracelet.

I glance up at him as I watch as he concentrates on my hand, he begins to place the bracelet onto my wrist as I shudder from his touch. He clasps the chain as a smile flashes across his face.

"Perfect." He grins as his eyes glance back up as they meet mine, his proximity causing my heart to leap through my chest... maybe the bracelet is causing this anxiety...

He continues to stare into my eyes, his deep, woodsy brown eyes locked into mine as he smirks at me.
"Now try." He winks as he takes a step back, air finally becoming an option to breathe again I take a deep gasp for air as suddenly I feel strange...
