"Try to focus on your own presence, imagine as if your body is infinite." Hiromi instructs as I close my eyes and try to focus on exactly what he said. I breathe in deeply as I take a moment to gather myself.

You've already awakened Zella... you just have to get the casting part right. I open my eyes as I breathe out heavily, still not teleporting... replacement technique is really hard. Ugh.

I watch as Hiromi crosses his arms and begins to chuckle.
"You insisted we train more, I'm starting to feel like you actually need it."

His words send my cheeks deep red as I pout to him.
"No fair... I- you know I'm learning still." I stutter as I slump over in defeat.
"Go again."

I close my eyes as I regain my focus onto my energy as I feel my body begin to tingle... I'm using the bracelet I can feel it. I imagine my body beside the guard rails, overlooking the river as I completely lock in my focus to the exact place I want to appear.

I open my eyes as they widen, a smile appears across my face.
"I did it!" I yell in victory as suddenly Hiromi appears next to me spooking me. Suddenly my balance waivers as he reaches out and slides his muscular arm around my body cupping my back.

I gasp as I fall into his arms as my gaze matches his, a smirk plasters across his face. He begins to lean in towards me as my heart begins to race. What's he doing? He places his lips beside my ear as he begins to whisper.
"You're capable of far more."

My heart suddenly stops as his words send shivers across my body... my mothers words appear into my mind as I remember how she told me I was 'chosen'... could he mean my powers in that manner?
"Hiromi... I- I need to..." I start as he cuts me off.
"You're divine aren't you?"

He did know.
"How...?" I start as he cuts me off.
"I have a special power... I've never told anyone." He suddenly steps away from me as he scratches the back of his neck.
"My telekinesis grants me permission to read thoughts."

His what? He's been reading my thoughts? Is he reading them now? My cheeks redden as I feel my privacy being taken advantage of. Anger falls over me as I cross my arms.

"You perv!" I stomp my foot as he raises his hands in defense.
"I can turn them off!" He says as I glare at him.
"Then why did you have them on in the first place?"
"I didn't mean to... I let my guard down and I accidentally overheard that you're divine."
He lowers his head at me as he shoves his hands in his pockets.

"I hope you can forgive me..." He starts as I scoff at him.
"If you ever creep on me again, I will make your life miserable." I narrow my eyes at him as I watch as terror unfolds in his, as he nods at me almost shaking.

"It'll never happen again." He bows to me as I raise my eyebrow at him.
"What else did you overhear?" I ask accusingly.
"Nothing, I swear... once I realized, I turned them off immediately."

I hate that I feel that Faye might be right... all these people want to use me for my value.
"Is that why you offered me a job?"
"Of course not. Your powers are a result of your will. I offered you a job because you're you Zella."

His words suddenly cause my heart to pound, could he actually mean that? I let my hair fall over my face as I try to hide from the conversation, everyone always has the right words to say when it comes to my special powers...

Time flies by as we train for a while, the sun begins to disappear... I hear him clear his throat as he begins to chuckle.
"Let's get you back to the quarters."
I nod as we begin to walk towards his bike, we had to come here to pick his bike up, so I insisted we trained more... I need to become strong.
