I rolled my eyes: “Do you believe I’m some kind of top, or that he’s been turned gay?”

Bai Mao immediately quieted down: “I believe you.”

Actually, Zhou Miao had been staring at me like this for two days now.

I suspected he had some sort of issue.

But his gaze was so fierce that people around me thought I had done something terrible to him.

It was ruining my reputation.

So, I wanted to find an opportunity to ask him about it.

However, he was avoiding me like a robot vacuum cleaner, constantly dodging me whenever we crossed paths.

Even in the dorm, I could hardly see him.

Every time I fell asleep, he would return, and when I woke up, he’d be gone.

I was at my wits' end.

Until tonight, when I finally had my chance.

After picking up my package and heading back to the dorm, I saw Zhou Miao in front of me.

To prevent him from running away again when he saw me, I went straight up to him and grabbed his wrist.

Zhou Miao turned around abruptly, and his expression changed when he saw it was me.

I could clearly feel his wrist muscles tighten.

Then came his stiff voice, even stiffer than his muscles: "What do you want?"

I let go: "Sorry, I just wanted to talk. Do you have a problem with me recently?"

Zhou Miao lowered his head slightly and looked at me.

I have to admit, he really lived up to his title as the campus heartthrob.

Tall, handsome, and with a perfectly toned body.

At that moment, we were less than 50 centimeters apart.

As he breathed, the rise and fall of his chest muscles caught my eyes.

Afraid Zhou Miao would notice and freak out, I shifted my gaze to his face after a few glances.

Then I saw something unbelievable.

Zhou Miao… seemed to be staring at… my lips?

And he was distracted.

My heart skipped a beat.

Could it be? Was he really turned gay from that kiss?

Cautiously, I took two steps back.

As I moved, Zhou Miao's gaze flickered.

He slowly met my eyes and said in a calm voice, “No.”

Seeing that he wasn’t interested in discussing it, I had to be more direct: “Then get rid of that fierce expression on your face.”

Zhou Miao frowned immediately, confused: “When was I ever fierce to you?”

I couldn’t help but laugh in disbelief: “You’ve been glaring at me for two days straight, as if you were looking for a chance to assassinate me. What’s that about?”

Zhou Miao froze for a second, his gaze shifting before landing on my lips again.

His eyes darkened.

I didn’t move.
