"Welcome" - Queen Scarlet

Yoongi was sleeping peacefully on his plush bed, the soft sheets cocooning him in warmth. The tranquility of the night was abruptly shattered by a loud bang, jolting him awake. Instinctively, he reached under his pillow, his fingers curling around the cold metal of his gun.
With a swift motion, he aimed the weapon at the entrance of his room, his eyes narrowing as he prepared for the worst. To his surprise, it was only Jin, Namjoon, and Hoseok standing there. He let out an exasperated sigh, lowering his gun.
"What are you doing here?!" Yoongi demanded, his voice laced with irritation.
"Hey! How dare you talk to your older brother in that tone?!" Jin retorted, launching into a tirade.
After several minutes of Jin's scolding, Namjoon finally intervened, stepping between them. "Guys, enough! We're here to discuss something important!"
Jin fell silent, his expression still stern but his attention now focused on Namjoon.
"Jungkook, lock the door," Hoseok instructed, his voice calm but authoritative. Jungkook, who had been lingering near the door, quickly complied.
"Make it quick, I need to sleep," Yoongi grumbled, rubbing his eyes.
Namjoon rolled his eyes but continued, "As you all might know, Queen Scarlet is back. This morning, I received an email from one of her assistants, Jen." He paused, letting the information sink in before continuing, "The email says they need our alliance to capture Ashley Kim and Choi Doha."
Yoongi's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Our alliance? But they have the strongest, most well-trained army, and the top hackers from around the world! Why do they need us?"
"We'll only find out once we get to their quarters," Namjoon replied.
"When are we going?" Jimin asked, his curiosity piqued.
"One past quarter," Jin answered, his tone serious.
The room fell into a contemplative silence, each member lost in their thoughts. The gravity of the situation was clear; an alliance with Queen Scarlet was no small matter.
"Do we have a plan?" Hoseok asked, breaking the silence.
Namjoon nodded. "We'll need to be cautious. This could be a trap, or it could be the opportunity we've been waiting for. Either way, we need to be prepared."
Yoongi sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Fine. But if this turns out to be a waste of time, I'm holding you all responsible."
Jin smirked. "Don't worry, little brother. We'll make sure it's worth your while."
As the group began to discuss their strategy, the tension in the room eased slightly. They knew the road ahead would be fraught with danger, but they were ready to face it together.

The next morning, the group gathered at their headquarters, ready to embark on their mission. The air was thick with anticipation and a hint of anxiety.
"Everyone ready?" Namjoon asked, his eyes scanning the group.
A chorus of affirmations followed, and they set off, their minds focused on the task ahead.
As they approached Queen Scarlet's quarters, the tension was palpable. The imposing structure loomed before them, a stark reminder of the power and influence she wielded.
"Stay sharp," Namjoon whispered as they entered the building. "We don't know what we're walking into."
They were greeted by Jen, Queen Scarlet's assistant, who led them through a series of corridors to a grand meeting room. Queen Scarlet herself was seated at the head of a long table, her presence commanding and intimidating.
"Welcome," she said, her voice smooth and authoritative. "I'm glad you could make it."
Namjoon stepped forward, his expression neutral. "We're here to discuss the alliance."
Queen Scarlet nodded. "Indeed. Let's get straight to the point. Ashley Kim and Choi Doha have become a threat to us all. We need your expertise to eliminate them."
Yoongi's eyes narrowed. "Why us? You have the resources to handle this on your own."
Queen Scarlet's gaze was unwavering. "True, but this requires a level of finesse and strategy that your team excels at. Together, we can ensure their downfall."
The group exchanged glances, weighing their options. The stakes were high, and the path ahead was uncertain.
"Alright," Namjoon finally said. "We'll help you. But we do this on our terms."
Queen Scarlet smiled, a hint of satisfaction in her eyes. "Agreed. Let's begin."
The group continued their preparations, their resolve unwavering. They knew the road ahead would be challenging, but they were ready to face it together.
“Stay focused,” Namjoon reminded them. “We have a lot of work to do, and we can’t afford any mistakes.”
As they delved deeper into their mission, the bonds between them grew stronger. They were more than just a team; they were a family, united by a common goal.
And though they didn’t know it, their step-younger sister, Riel, was watching over them, guiding them from the shadows.

Three days later, the group reconvened at their headquarters, ready to assess their progress. The atmosphere was tense, each member acutely aware of the stakes.
“We’ve gathered a lot of intel,” Hoseok began, spreading out a series of documents on the table. “Ashley Kim and Choi Doha have been moving frequently, but we’ve managed to track their recent locations.”
Namjoon nodded. “Good. We’ll need to coordinate with Queen Scarlet and Emris to plan our next move.”
Just then, the door opened, and a familiar figure walked in. It was In-Yeop, their cousin, known to them as Emris. The group greeted him warmly, unaware of his connection to Queen Scarlet.
“In-Yeop, glad you could make it,” Namjoon said, shaking his hand.
In-Yeop smiled. “Of course. This mission is important to all of us.”
As they discussed their plans, In-Yeop’s thoughts drifted to Riel. He knew her true identity and her connection to the group, but he had promised to keep her secret. The web of alliances and secrets was growing more complex, and he wondered how long it would be before the truth came to light.
