SATURDAY, WEEK 4

The girl stands near the entrance of the rooftop bar, her eyes scanning the area for any sign of Christopher. She's dressed in a stylish black blazer over a white collared shirt, paired with jeans and comfortable boots. Her long black hair is pulled back into a messy bun, giving her a casual yet sophisticated look.

Around her is a rooftop bar, mixed indoors and outdoors, with a buzz of conversation and the occasional gust of cool air blowing gently across the space.

"How did Chris find this place?" Eugene mutters to herself, admiring the rooftop bar's atmosphere. Just then, she hears a familiar voice calling out her name from behind.

She turns around to find Christopher, approaching her with a warm smile on his face. But at the same time, her eyes catch another figure, seemingly standing there quietly like a statue in shock.

"Felix?"

"Eugene?"

They both call out their names in unison, clearly not expecting to come across each other. On the other hand, Christopher looks puzzled, sensing the odd tension between them.

"You guys know each other?"

The two exchange a glance, before Eugene answers hesitantly, "We do..." She pauses, unsure of how to further explain their relationship. Felix swallows nervously, mirroring Eugene's uncertainty.

"Sort of... yeah." He adds, shifting his weight from one foot to the other.

The older one looks back and forth between the two statues, his confusion giving way to amusement. "Well, isn't this a happy coincidence?" He chuckles lightly. "Come on, let's go and find a seat." He gestures toward the outdoor part of the rooftop bar.

"I think you both have some explaining to do." He adds jokingly with a smirk plastered on his face.

Once they settle into a cozy table overlooking the city skyline, the three scans the menu barcode to order drinks and light snacks. The males opt for alcoholic beverages, while Eugene sticks to her favourite – orange juice.

As they wait for their orders to arrive, Christopher leans back in his chair and addresses Felix and Eugene with a wry smile on his face.

"You know, I told you both that I was gonna bring some friends today." He speaks, his gaze flicking between the two. "But I didn't expect you both to know each other already, especially since you go to different universities." He raises an eyebrow, expectant of explanations.

Eugene, sensing the question being mutual, leans in slightly. "Well, I have the same question. Since you and I are in the same uni, how did you and Felix come to know each other, Chris?"

His face turns into a mischievous one when hearing the said question, while Felix lets out a tiny groan, unhappy to hear where this is going.

"I met Felix at a gaming café." He speaks cheekily, "I was hanging out with another friend and we spotted Felix, losing miserably in a game just on the PC next to us."

"Yeah, it was the worst losing streak ever. 11 games." Felix adds with a sigh, causing the other two to chuckle in unison.

"My friend, being the kind soul that he is, felt bad for Felix's losing streak, so he invited him to team up with us."

"JK carried." Felix shakes his head in amusement, earning a tease from the other male, "Or you're just bad at games."

"Oi Chris!"

The way Felix glares at the male causes a huge laughter exploding between the two, lightening the atmosphere. Perhaps, it is the first time for Eugene to witness Felix looking irritated, even if it is just in a playful way.
