Hello, folks. Apologies for not updating anything since January. I've been dealing with a lot of rough life stuff and still dealing with a writer's block for this story.
First thing's first- my family and I lost our youngest cat back in March, and I'm still feeling his loss every day. He was one of the sweetest cats I've ever had the honor of knowing. We had him ever since one of my parents' coworkers found him on the side of the road at 4 weeks old. Such a tiny thing he was, looking like a crumpled tissue, lol. His name was Tyrion, and we lost him before he turned 5.
Second thing- my brain has decided, "Hey, let's write a series," so I've been slowly working on the first book of that, as well as some world-building. Funnily enough, I've already written a good few chapters of the second book before I decided to make a series. I have planned, so far, for four books for to be in that series.
Third thing- I plan on writing a few more chapters for this book before I post the next chapter, kind of like I did early on. I already have some scenes kind of planned out, as well as a name for an emotional chapter. I just don't know where to place said scenes and emotional chapter, but that's writing, I guess, lol.
