Murtala Muhammed International Airport.

Iqmat excitedly, with a bright smile, "Assalamu alaikum, everyone! We are finally here." She said as we reached where Ya Bilal, Bisola, Amma and Islam stood.

Bisola warmly, with open arms, "Wa alaikum salam, dear. We're going to miss you so much." We all laughed as she replied Iqmat.

Amma tearfully sniffling, smiled, "Iqmat, I'll miss you more than words can say."

Iqmat started crying as she gave Amma and ya Bilal a hug.

Ya Bilal smiled reassuringly as he broke the hug, "We'll stay in touch, Iqmat. Don't worry, we'll video call each other every day."

Iqmat and Islam shared a warm, tearful hug, "Iqi now that you're gone, who'll help me look for Islaha's trouble?"

"You can give a call anytime time Ya Islam." She said and we all laughed.

Bisola leaned closer to Iqmat, "I got you something special." She said handing a black nylon.

Iqmat opened it, "OMG a Macbook Pro." Her eyes welled, "Oh, sister Bisola! Thank you so, so much! You're the best."

"No you deserve it sweetie." Bisola said squeezing her hands.

Amma handed her another nylon "I got you some gifts too. The newest iPhone and an Ipad."

Iqmat excitedly, widened her eyes. "Wow, Ya Amma! Thank you so much!

Sadiq laughed "Finally, you can upgrade from that your outdated 13 Pro Max."

Iqmat laughed wiping away tears, "I know, right? Thank you, everyone!"

Ya Bilal smiled seriously, "Iqmat, my gift is a bit different."

Iqmat curiously, raised an eyebrow, "What is it, Ya Bilal?"

"I've arranged for an apartment for you in Kano, near your school."

"Oh Allah!" Her mouth agape, "Ya Bilal! That's...that's amazing!"

"And don't worry about getting to the apartment. A friend will pick you up from the airport and take you there. I know how federal university hostels are."

"Thank you, Ya Bilal. This means everything to me."

As Iqmat stood in front of the terminal of Murtala Muhammed International Airport, surrounded by us, the mix of emotions was palpable. Tears streamed down my face seeing her hug everyone.

mom gave her a word of advice "Always remember your values and stay true to yourself. Be focused and determined in your studies. Don't forget to pray and seek Allah's guidance." mom had always been her rock.

Ya Bilal, offered his too "Stay safe and aware of your surroundings. Manage your time wisely and prioritize your studies. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it." His words were reassuring, and I felt grateful for his guidance over Iqmat.

As we said our final goodbyes, mom reminded her to stay connected and not hesitate to reach out if she needed anything. Ya Bilal's parting words emphasized patience and perseverance as key to success.

Iqmat hugging mom tightly, sobbing "I'll miss you, Mom."

She hugged each of us, tears streaming down her face, "Thank you all so much. Your love and support mean the world to me."

Husnah sniffled, "We love you, Iqmat."

Islam smiled, "Stay focused, baby sis."

Sadiq nudged her playfully, "Don't get too relaxed and forget Ya Sadiq!"
