Waking up on time I slowly roll out of bed and get ready. Today we have an undercover mission at a mall.

Theo said to wear normal clothes so I go with a grey zip up sweater, black leggings and a white t-shirt and black running shoes.

As for my weapons I shove them into my waist line. I have a gun, 3 rounds of amo and 2 knives.

I get on my motorcycle and get on my way to work. Once at work, we all meet in the back. And absolute shocker, Note the sarcasm again, there is a spinning wheel on the projector projecting on the wall. Which each of our names on it.

I was told yesterday that that's how Gray makes his decisions sometimes. I take a seat and wait for the rest to arrive.

It doesn't take long before everyone is here and Gray starts the information part of the mission.

"Ok so the first name picked will be with me going into the store to get the information.then I will assign the rest of the jobs " He says spinning the wheel. That's when I realize that his name is missing from it. That must have been on purpose.

I think this is the first time I've seen Gray in normal clothes. Not normal but casual. He's in regular grey t-shirt, haha that's funny his name is Gray and he's wearing grey. Back to his clothing, he has dark blue jeans on.

Now that I look around the room I can see that everyone took the "dress down" memo really seriously. Almost everyone here is wearing sweat pants and a tang top or long sleeve top.

It's like it's PJ day at school, but this is work instead of school and it's a dress down day for a mission.

I turn back to the wheel paying closer attention.

The wheel ticks as it goes around and around, it eventually starts to slow down.

Looking back to the wheel that has now slowed down I see it lands on. Me? Wait what? Oh my goodness. I rub my eyes just to make sure I'm seeing the right thing. But no I'm seeing the right thing!

Yes this is finally my time. Now I can show him that he can give me the good jobs. That he can see my skill and not underestimate me anymore.

"Anastasia, looks like you'll be with me" Gray says, looking towards me. He focuses back onto the computer hooked up to projector, takes my name off of the wheel, then continues to roll the next name. "The next 2 will be at the first set of doors seeing as though there are only 2 exits."

Wait a damn minute it will just be me and Gray. Alone. Well technically not, but still! I can't wait now.

But I don't know why I can't wait. He's just a guy. Well, not really, he's my boss. And it's a mission, it's not like it's a date, we're doing it to get information from a drug trafficking gang.

Plus I should stop thinking these things. It's inappropriate. Man I really need to go on a date, maybe get a life. Or laid even though I'm a virgin. I guess it would be alright to try it.

Sure at one point I want kids. But I need to focus back on the task at hand. I turn back to the spinning wheel just in time for Gray to say the next names.

"James and Theo you'll be at the first set of doors." Then he spins the wheel again. "JJ and Liam you'll be at the second set of doors. I want both sets of you looking for any tattoos, symbols or anything that can relate them to the gang members. That means Lucas and Noah, you'll be on tech duty. That means I want you watching every camera, looking for something odd or if anyone of the gang members gets there early."
