"Mikey, are you sure you want to make this a song?" Luke asks his friend after reading the song. Micheal nods furiously.

"Why not?" Micheal asks, hurt evident in his voice.

"The song is amazing, but it is really personal," He explains.

Micheal takes a deep breath."This is the only way I can get her back. She thought it would be easier on tour if I didn't have to worry about what she was doing or feeling. This is me confessing my undying love for her. If we make this a song, then it will be out there forever.Just like I will always love her. A letter won't do shit. A phone call or text won't go through.A song is something she would hear on the radio and hear my feelings for her in the best way I can," Micheal looks down. A hand is gently placed on his shoulder.

Ashton smiles at him."We'll help you. We are in this together, mate," Ashton pulls him into a hug. Luke and Calum join. After a few minutes, they broke the hug.

"Micheal, if you can write a couple more songs, we could put them on an album," Luke shouts, excited about his idea.

"Yeah Mickey. Whats better, one songs or half an album?"Calum eggs him on. Micheal nods his head, agreeing with the idea." Great! So, when can you start?"

"Like now. I just need so alone time and I should be able to do it," Micheal tells the boys. They all nod and leave the room, not without giving Micheal a hug. The door shut, making a click sound that echoed in the room. Micheal grabbed his headphones and began to listen to his inspiration playlist. The playlist was filled with songs that reminded him of her. Songs that they had heard when they were on dates, songs he would sing her, songs she would sing him, songs they would listen to when they fell asleep, songs they listened to when they were intimate. He had them all in one playlist. Micheal closed his eyes, thinking about the memories he had with her.His eyes shot open, his notebook was turned to a clean page and his pen was already writing down words.

"Wait, don't tell me. Heaven is a place on Earth. I wish I could rewind all the times that I didn't show you what you were really worth," Micheal's voice sang out. He thought some more."The way you held me. I wish that I would put you first." As the words were scored into the paper with black ink, Micheal's head was filled with her.

"Have I ever told you how much I love the way you hold me?"Micheal asked her.She blushed and nodded.

"You always tell me that," She said. Her voice went lower, softer."That's all you ever say."

Micheal didn't know if he heard her correctly, so he left it alone.

He shook his head, remembering his dumb mistake. He pondered more in his memories, finding more lyrics.

"Wake me up now, and tell me this is all a bad dream. All the songs that I wrote, all the wrongs that I hoped would erase from your memory,"Micheal muttered as he wrote them on the paper.

"Where did you get those flowers, babe?"Micheal questioned his girlfriend. It was the art show at their school and she was able to get a few of her pieces in.She glared at Micheal.

"Calum got them for me. For doing a good job," Her angered voice bellowed.

"Holding on to an broken and empty heart," Micheal wrote, remembering her picture she drew for the art show."Flowers I should've bought, all the hours I lost. I wish I could bring it back to the start."

After Micheal finished the song, he felt like it was missing something. He added a a new verse, one that was for what to come.

"I hope you know, your you I'd sacrifice to make this right. Someday, I'm sure we'll pass each other by until that time." The words were added to the song. Micheal scanned it, his eyes running across the lyrics. Now it was time to put music to it.

"Boys! I'm done," Micheal screamed at the top of his lungs. The door burst open, the look of excitement on the three guys faces.

"So, lets here it," Calum told him. Micheal nodded and grabbed the notebook.

"Wait, don't tell me. Heaven is a place on Earth.I wish I could rewind all the times that I didn't show you what you're really worth. The way you held me,I wish that I had put you first. I was wrong I admit, numb from your kiss. While your were slipping from my finger tips," Micheal took a deep breath."Taking every breath away, with all of the mistakes I made. From all of the letters that I saved, This is everything I didn't say." He continued," I wish I could have made you stay and I'm the only one to blame. I know that it's a little too late. This is everything I didn't say." He turned the page," Wake me up now, and tell me this is all a bad dream. All the songs that I wrote, all the wrongs that I hoped would erase from your memory. Holding onto a broken and empty heart. Flowers I should've bought, all the hours I lost. Wish I could bring it back to the start." He sang the chorus again." I hope you know, for you I'd sacrifice. To make this right. Someday, I'm sure we'll pass each other by. Until that time," He repeated the chorus." This is everything I didn't say." He finished and closed his eyes, not wanting to see the expression on their faces. The boys began hollering and cheering.Micheal opened his eyes.

"That was amazing, I can't wait to make that into a song," Luke gushed. Calum picked up the notebook.

"I think we could break up the verses and give them to a specific person, but the bridge is what you should sing by yourself. She needs to hear that from you. " Calum said to Micheal. He nodded at his friend and smiled. The guys noticed and smiled back. This was helping them get their friend back.

"So, do you have any other songs so far?" Ashton asks after the commotion died down. Micheal shook his head." I have some words down and ideas, but nothing complete." He tells his friend. Calum and Luke look at him.

"We can help. You weren't the only one to loose someone," Luke tells him. Micheal nods, remembering that Luke lost one of his best friends when he lost her. They were like sisters, so when one left, the other followed. Luke never got to tell her how he felt.He had loved her and now she was gone and Luke is alone with only his thoughts about changing the past.
