Chapter 5

"No complaints now, right? Well, take care of my crew then."

Minu said turning away as he held his bike slowly walking off while June followed him and wrapped his arm around his neck.

"Good try, man! Let's just get outta here!"

June said smiling at the younger boy as they walked off.

"Sorry, June.. because of me.."

"Hey, it's okay~! I joined the crew because of you in the first place! And it's not like we can't bike just because we're not in the crew~ well just ride on our own!"

June said trying to lift up the mood as Jay called out to Minu making him look at him

"Hey. Loser."

Hay called out tossing Minu's helmet which he caught as he smirked at Jay.

"Thanks for riding together today."

Minu said but got ignored by the nonchalant School President.

"Still.. just the same prick.."

Minu thought aloud before walking off with June beside him with their Bikes. Y/n just watched the interaction before turning to look at Jay who made eye contact with her for a second before continuing to walk off.

'Well, I better get home.'

Y/n thought sighing as she got on her bike and rode off to where Minu and June went as some cyclists looked at her surprised. She caught up with the two boys quickly then she expected and smiled calling out to them.

"Yo! Minu!"

"Huh?"

Minu turned around seeing a figure holding two grocery bags as they pedalled towards him. He widened his eyes in surprise seeing Y/n, Yuna's friend.

"Y/n?..what are you doing here?"

Y/n slowly pedalled keeping paste with the two boys walking.

"Just passed by your race and wanted to see who won. Good game though."

The brown eyed contact lenses girl said smiling at Minu making him smile slightly a bubbly feeling inside him till June spoke.

"Uhm, who are you?"

Y/n turned to the person beside Minu.

"I'm Y/n, I'm in class 2-1 from Sunny High."

"Oh! I'm June, nice to meet you Y/n."

June said smiling at the girl who had a small hue of pink on her cheeks. June eyed the girl impressed that she could pedal slowly with no hands.

"Do you Bike Y/n?"

June questioned but before she could answer Minu answered for her.

"Yeah she does, but she doesn't want to join any crews yet."

Y/n nodded with Minu's answer making June hum in understanding.

"Well I'll see you guys tomorrow! I have dinner to make. Good night!"

Y/n said before pedalling faster to get to her home. The two boys looked at the disappearing figure as silence fell on the two.

"I didn't know she rode a Bike."

"Same.."

June questioned as Minu agreed with him still surprised that,
Y/n who was called a foodie in Sunny High had other hobbys rather than just eating.

Y/n got home and started to make some Gimbap and Bulgogi, it took some time but she finished and ate her food like a hungry old man. She washed her dishes did her nightly routine and went to bed.
