"i wanna be defined by the things that i love."

Monday morning came, and you were right back into your now normal routine of waking up to get to UA.

Only now, you had Marley in your house with you.

Ever since that little incident at the bar with Midoriya, you couldn't help but feel like it was wrong for you to even want to talk to him outside of work. What if he didn't want to go out with you again in the fear that you two would kiss just like you did on that night?

Walking into Marley's room, you see her already getting ready for the day even though she didn't have to be anywhere.

It's not like she had any other job than being your driver, which you still for some reason were paying her to do even though she was now living in your house for free.

But you had more than enough money, it wouldn't make any difference whatsoever.

"Marley, I'm going to work." You tell her, leaning against the doorframe, "You coming with or not?"

"Of course I am, don't be silly!" She says, standing up from her seat at her vanity, grabbing your hand, and leading out of her room and out the front door.

She was talking nonstop the entire car ride, but it was nothing you weren't used to.

Afterall, she would completely talk your ear of during every car ride.

Once you arrived at the school, she for some reason decided to park right next to another car even though there were plenty of spots open.

Of course she did.

She saw Midoriya in his car and parked right next to him.

"Are you kidding me right now, Mar? You really had to park right next to him?" You ask her, glaring over at her.

She looks at you with a smile, "You know I had to. You need to see it from my point of view, babe."

"Which is...?"

"You two are so totally perfect for each other! I mean, you're both hot, you work at the same school, and you've been doing hero work with his friends. It's like something out of a Hallmark Christmas movie!"

"Yeah, whatever Marley." You say, rolling your eyes as you step out of the car, "I'll see you at 4:10, 'kay?"

You shut the car door, then turn around the greet Midoriya with a smile.

Thankfully the driver's side was on the other side of the car. Unlike in America where the driver's side was on the left, in Japan, the driver's side was on the right side of the car.

Given the fact that Marley parked on the left side of his car, he had to get out through the right and you wouldn't bump into him or anything like that.
