Kitana was confused. She left back through the portal and when she got back onto campus, Sindel, her mother was there.
"Where is my daughter, Kitana?" She asked.
"Mother," Kitana said, glad to see that her mother was alright. Sindel ran towards her daughter smiling with her arms out wide. Kitana accepted the hug, gladly. "So is this your, partner?" Sindel asked, gesturing towards Sub-Zero. Kitana nodded, blushing.
"Jade! Tanya! Rain!" Sindel shouted, happily.
"Queen Sindel," The three said in unison, bowing.
"Edenia is to be rebuilt," Sindel said, "Bigger and better than before,"After Sindel left, Kitana ate with Jade, Sonya, Skarlet, Mileena and Tanya, at Burger Emperor. "We must be really unhealthy," Tanya said.
"Unless we burn it off by running so much!" Kitana said, laughing.
"And laughing so much!" Jade said. The girls dished to each other. Everything. Yeah, everything. Sonya still liked Johnny. Eurgh. Kitana found relainships a pain sometimes.
"So, if Shinnok's really back, then what are we gonna do?" Sonya asked.
"Kill him, simple," Mileena said.
"You can't kill an elder god though," Skarlet said.
"Shinnok's an elder god?" Mileena asked. Everyone stared at her.
"Yes," Kitana said, "Maybe we could imprison him,"
"That's good," Jade said.
"I'll call Raiden and ask him, using my wrist com," Sonya said. Sonya called Raiden and explained everything.
"Do you have anything powerful enough to trap an elder god?" Tanya asked.
"Indeed, the amulet Kitana found, is the most powerful artifact ever, he couldn't escape that," Raiden replied. "That must've been why Shinnok invaded Edenia, for that amulet," Stuff made more sense to Kitana now.
"So what are we gonna do about it?" Skarlet asked.
"Find Shinnok, trap him in the amulet, return it to me," Raiden said, passing Kitana the amulet.
