Sota's fingers danced on the guitar strings, filling the university's music room with soulful melodies. Lost in the music, he didn't notice the entranced audience of one.
Akio, lingering in the doorway, was captivated by Sota's talent. The same person he'd met briefly in the art studio now mesmerized him with music.
As Sota finished his piece, Akio applauded softly, not wanting to startle him.
Sota turned, his eyes locking onto Akio's warm smile.
"Didn't know you had a musical heart," Akio said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Sota's cheeks flushed, but before he could respond…
The music room door swung open, and a stern voice interrupted, "Practice time's up. Leave the room."
As Sota hastily packed his guitar, Akio's gaze lingered, filled with curiosity.
"Want to grab coffee and talk music?" Akio asked, his eyes sparkling.
Sota's heart skipped a beat.
"I…" Sota began, but the stern voice cut in, "Out, now!"
