The group set out at dawn, their spirits a mix of anxiety and resolve. They walked through the vast grounds of Hogwarts, the sun rising over the castle, casting a golden hue over everything.

As they approached the Forbidden Forest, a palpable sense of danger hung in the air. The trees towered ominously, their branches twisting like skeletal fingers reaching for the sky.

“Stay close,” Harry warned, recalling the many threats hidden within the forest. “The Centaur King is powerful, and he doesn’t take kindly to intruders.”

Percy nodded, feeling a surge of adrenaline. “I’ve dealt with plenty of monsters before. Let’s just be ready for anything.”

As they ventured deeper, the forest came alive with sounds—rustling leaves, distant howls, and the whispers of creatures that lurked just out of sight. Hermione led the way, her wand at the ready, illuminating the dark path ahead.

Suddenly, they stumbled upon a clearing where a group of centaurs stood guard, their expressions wary. The Centaur King stepped forward, majestic and imposing, his eyes like burning coals.

“Why do you trespass in my domain?” he demanded, his voice deep and resonant.

Harry stepped forward, trying to convey their urgency. “We seek your help. An ancient creature threatens both our worlds, and we need the artifact you guard to stop it.”

The Centaur King studied them, his gaze lingering on Hermione and Annabeth. “You come with the weight of desperation. I will grant you a trial. If you prove your worth, I will give you what you seek.”
