A week later the trio were on a mission, at some cemetery where a kid wandered a little too far from his father and got kidnapped by a curse. They walked around aimlessly at first, then circled back to his mother's grave stone to look for clues. They came up short in every direction, about to lift the veil and leave.

They split into groups of two, scouring the cemetery for the little boy. Maki and Rina, heading one way, Inumaki and Panda another.

"Would you quit complaining?" Maki snapped.

"Would you stop making me run until I can't breathe?!" Rina yelled back at her, her feet ached terribly.

"We both know you need it, Rina." Maki said with a sigh.

"I'm not even getting any better." Rina shot back.

"Then quit offering to be the bait." Maki countered.

"Someone has to do it!" Rina couldn't win. Thankfully her phone rang and she picked it up.

"KELP! TUNA TUNA! TUNA WITH MAYO!" Inumaki panic screeched and hung up.

"Shit. They found it." Rina grimaced, the two girls taking off to where they were.

They arrived coming in hot. Maki smacked the curse upside the head with her staff, Rina coming from above plunging her fist into its head. The curse wailed, coughing up the little boy they'd been looking for. Panda snatched him before the curse could swallow him again. Rina spin kicked the curse in its side sending it crashing into a few headstones making her cringe.

"I'm so getting haunted after this." She mentally face palmed, Maki plunged her staff through its chest, twisting it as the curse screeched.

Panda handed the kid to Rina, running and jumping into the air, slamming down on the curse with both fists causing it to pop. Rina stifled a laugh at the now purple Panda.

"I didn't think that one through." He said scooping the substance off his fur and throwing it to the ground with an audible slop noise.

"No, you didn't." Maki said standing with her arms crossed as she was covered head to toe in purple curse blood. Her glasses dripping and covered but they could all tell she was glaring.

"Oh. When did Maki get there?" Panda asked pointing at her, Inumaki and Rina facepalmed at his stupidity.

Rina spent the next two hours hosing down Panda, Inumaki squirting horse shampoo all over his body as Panda lathered. They repeated this like twelve times, each time Panda saying he didn't feel clean enough.

"Come on man, my arms are tired!" Rina whined.

"Salmonnn!" Inumaki whined in agreement.

"Okay, okay. One more time." Panda said, the other two groaning in annoyance.
