“I love you” the three magical words escaped from her pretty mouth.
She kept her palm on her mouth.
“Say it again,” I said, cupping her jaw.
She didn't speak and it's become hard for me to control.
“Say it again, my baby” I said, whispering in her ears sensually.
“I love you” she said, meekly, she gulped the lump slowly.
Her cheeks burned with shyness.
She didn't dare to look in my eyes.
“I love you too, my baby,” I said, pecking her forehead.
Her lips curled up in a smile.
She looked up in my eyes and sucked her lips before speaking.
“When will you come?” She said with a hint of hurt in her voice.
“After, 3 days” I said with an assuring smile.
“Jana zaroori hai?” she said furrowing her eyebrows.
“Agar zaroori na hota toh kabhi na jata” I said with a tight lipped smile.
“Ap bhi chal rahi hain na?” I asked her.
“Nahi,” She said with a sad smile.
“Kyun?” I asked while raising my eyebrows.
Few minutes before she said she is coming with me and now she said she is not coming, her mood swings aghh.
“I can give you a specific reason for your mood swings,” I said with a smirk.
At first she was looking confused but when she realised my words her eyes widened with shock.
She started hitting me on my chest.
“Biwi jii araam se lag rahi hai” I said in a teasing manner.
“Aap bahut bure hain” she said while hitting me more.
I laughed at her antics.
She pouted and her eyes filled with a pool of tears.
I take her in my embrace.
I cannot see her crying. She is my baby.
“I’m sorry, meri jaan” I said while stroking her hair.
“Will you miss me?” I said, closing my eyes.
“No,” she said, her voice muffled.
“Okay, let's see,” I said in a teasing tone.
“Challenge accepted” she said while clinging to me.
I chuckled softly.
“I made breakfast for us,” she said, looking up.
