CHAPTER 20: THIS GUY

***Kaye's POV***

I let Myke kiss me as I laid on my back. I heard Domo23 by Tyler, the Creator play and I automatically jumped up.

"Can we dance? Pleeeaaaasssee?" I begged as I shook his arm. He smiled at me.

"Anything you want." He said with a smooth voice. I bounced with excitement then stood up and grabbed his hand to jet around the corner.

The music blaired as we both just danced. Domo23 finished and Bound to You came on. A slow song to calm everyone down. Myke spun me around for me to face him and placed my arms on his shoulders before putting his hands at my waist. I buried my face in his shoulder as the music took us.

I looked up and saw the door open. My eyes grew wide and yet again. I pushed Myke out of the way.

***Sen's POV***

I smiled at Jai as something cought the corner of my eye. Kaye Shoved Myke out of her path. I jumped up quickly to see what was going on.

I slightly pushed my way to the front of the house where Kaye ran. Jai was closely behind me. I saw Kaye basically jump and hug Kan who stood infront of some tan dude. I didn't like him.

I walked up to the two hugging girls.

"Don't do that shit bro." I heard Kaye say as she parted. Kan let out a small "I'm sorry."

"Kan. Who's this?" Kaye asked. I squinted at him, as she tried to explain that he was a friend. Something about this Guy isn't right.

***Myke's POV***

We all eyed the tan boy down as Kan tried her best to make it clear that Ryan here was just a friend. I looked over at Sen. I think she had a grasp on who he was. Poor Kaye had no clue that her cousin was lying dead to her face and that she was probably hooked on some bionic drug.

Kan looked around like she was anxious, nervous? I don't know. She was playing with her keys and tapping her foot, keeping a quick pace.

"Bro what are you going through right now?" Kaye laughed as she noticed Kan's awkward behavior.

"Hm? Oh, nothing." She shook her head. Ryan let out a smile as he put his arm around Kan's shoulder.

"I think Kandi just needs a drink." He said walking her to my kitchen.

"Kandi?" Kaye had a twisted face. Sen stood next to her as she watched Ryan pour Kan a drink.

"I don't like him." She said folding her arms.

"Yeah, dude don't sit right with me." I said as I watched him whisper something in Kan's ear.

We all stood in a circle and chatted. Sen stood in Jai's arms, still eyeing Ryan. I was in one of my spells where I was just sipping on whatever was in my cup and listening to Ellie's music selection.

"Everything is purple. everything thing is purple." I said along to the deep bass of Purple Swag.

"You bitch!" I heard Sen yell. I looked up to see her standing right Infront of Ryan.

"What did I do?" He said, falsely confused.

"You fucking asshole, I know who you are!"

"Well who is he?" We heard a voice say from out of the circle. Kell and my DJ came walking up with all smiles.

"This here is Ryan and he-"

""This your dealer?" Kellar cut Kan's explaination short. He had a slick smile on his face.

"Yo what?" Kaye stepped in. Sen's eyes grew wide before she turned back to Ryan and shook her head.

"OK guys," Kell started, stepping into the circle. "Who remembers... uh... freshman year?" Freshman year was when Kellar was hooked on excitement, he has ADHD and freshman year was the worst.

"This was my man." He slung his arm around Ryan, who looked both confused and scared. "I love this Guy." Kellar drunkingly slapped a kiss on the boys cheek and let out a big smile.

"Hold the fuck up!" Kaye said Holding her hand in the air. "Kan?" She turned to her cousin. "What the fuck bro?" Kan tried to explain and say sorry but of course Kaye just starts shaking in anxiety.

"I don't wanna hear that shit! What the fuck? My God Kan!" Kaye couldn't find anything to say. Her face was red and her fist where balled. I saw tears began to stream.

"Move." Kaye pushed the girl out of the way and practically ran to Ryan. Before you knew it she was throwing her fist at him. I instantly reacted and reached out for her.

"Ow what the fu- Stop!" Ryan was trying to gaurd his face from Kaye's heavy hits.

"You fuckin' bitch! Stupid ass mothafucka!" Kaye tossed her words as hard as her fist.

I can't lie, it was amusing to watch Kaye beat the shit out of the Guy, but as soon as I saw blood trickle down to his mouth I grabbed her arms to stop her.

"Aye!" I yelled. "Calm down alright?" She struggled under my grip. She let out a couple

of kicks which didn't really do anything but if she made contact I'm sure it woulda did some damage. I pulled her as she continued to cuss the boy out and pint her to the nearest wall.

"Get the hell off of me!" She yelled trying to push me off of her, obviously four hours at the gym almost everyday didn't allow her at all.

"Calm down." is all I could tell her. She looked at me like I knew she would, like I wad stupid.

"That white boy over there got my cousin hooked on drugs! Tell me how the fuck I'm supposed to 'calm down '!?" She looked off, folded her arms and bounced her foot.

"I know, but this is your night. You gone let shit like this fuck it up for you." I lightly grabbed her face and turned it towards me so I can look her in those dark brown eyes I loved. "I'm not gonna let you stay mad bae." Without even thinking I kissed her on the lips.

What the hell did I just do? Now everyone knows how I feel about Kaye.

Damn.

***Sen's POV***

Kanidy looked over at me with her eyes wide.

"Oh shit." Kell let out which made Myke jump and back away from Kaye, who didn't seem so heated anymore. It wasn't all that surprising to me, I already knew how much Myke wanted Kaye under his touch.

"I'm getting the fuck out of here Kandi." The bloody white boy said from behind me.

"Oh hell naw." I said turning around to face him. "Yo ass ain't leavin'." I stepped closer to him and clenched my fists. "Bitch ass..."

I let my sentence run off as I swung my little hands at him with all my force.

"Stupid ass bitch." I pulled my leg back and kicked him as hard as I can. I aimed for a more tender part of his body but he turned, so my foot ended up colliding into his thigh.

"Crazy bitch." He yelled as he stumbled away.

"Bae!" Jai grabbed my arm "You sure you can be... Dion's all that?" His face was swept over with concern. As crazy as it sounds, I completely forgot.

My eyes grew wide as I felt one tear gently peak then fall free down my cheek. Jai pulled me into his chest and kissed the top of my head.

"It's gonna be alright babe." He whispered before kissing my head again.
