Unconditional love is all about giving and not expecting anything in return and that's how one should describe Dokyeom's love for his lovely hyung. He never once expected anything in return from his hyung in this relationship and will continue to do so. He never wanted to claim him, he will always want his hyung to choose Dokyeom by himself and wholeheartedly.

"Hyung" Dokyeom called out once he realised Jisoo was zoning out while sitting at the dinning table. Jisoo slightly flinched at the sudden call. He looked up at Dokyeom who was coming downstairs in his full glory. He was just in his blue robe and his hair was slightly wet.

In Jisoo's eyes, Dokyeom was looking very handsome. The moment this thought struck his mind he widened his eyes because Jisoo never once in his life thought something like this about Dokyeom. He always thought of him as his best friend but now that they are married, the whole trajectory of their relationship has changed. He doesn't know how to feel about all this and how he should see his best friend.

Dokyeom now was standing in front of him. Jisoo smiled a little and slightly shook his head. "Are you okay?" Dokyeom asked with so much concern in his eyes that Jisoo for a second thought of putting everything out in front of him. He always told everything to his friend but now he doesn't know whom he is talking with. The person standing in front of him is his best friend or his husband?

So the only thing Jisoo thought was right was to lie. It's easy to do so and also it doesn't hurt anyone's feelings. "I'm fine Dokyeom-ah. Don't Worry." Jisoo let out softly as he tried to make himself as believable as he could to his best friend because he knows that this person standing knows him in and out.

Dokyeom slightly narrowed his eyes at his hyung's answer and also he knew that his hyung was trying to make him believe that he was fine but he understood that everything was not fine with his hyung. He silently took a chair from the other side of the table and placed it in front of his hyung and silently sat there.

He hesitatingly but softly grabbed his hyung's small hands in his big ones and directly looked him in his eyes. " You know hyung that you can't hide anything from me right? Then why are you doing this now? I know the trajectory of our relationship has changed a lot in the past few days but it doesn't mean that I've changed as a person. I will always be your Dokyeom-ie who would cling to you all the time, with whom you could share anything and everything without any hesitation. Now that we have married doesn't mean that you can't share your feelings with me. I won't take anything to heart as I know this was not something you wanted." Dokyeom softly talked with Jisoo as if making a child understand something.

By the end, Jisoo has tears in his eyes because he was happy and sad at the same time. He was happy because he knew that his Dokyeom-ie had not changed but he was sad too for the same reason. Dokyeom was so pure and giving that he never thought of himself before anyone. He always puts everyone above him and when it comes to his hyung, he will do anything to make him comfortable and happy again.

Unknowingly, a tear slipped from his beautiful hazel eyes and stained his smooth cheeks. A thumb brushed his tear away and it was none other than Dokyeom's. Jisoo looked up and saw him putting his thumb in his mouth which held Jisoo's precious tear. Jisoo slightly widened his eyes at the action but he was unable to say anything because this was the first time someone has done that.

Dokyeom smiled and cupped his hyung's cheeks with his rough and warm hands and said "Your tears are very important for me hyung. I don't like when you cry because of me, I hate it when I am the reason for it. I want to cherish you in every way possible and this tear is also a part of you and I'll not back down from cherishing it even if you will push me away in the near future."

Jisoo was shocked by Dokyeom's sincere words and the depth it held. Jisoo never knew that he was so important for Dokyeom. The love and adoration which he wanted from his ex-boyfriend is now being given to him by his best friend. He was feeling happy by Dokyeom's words but he also felt slightly hurt over Dokyeom's words where he mentioned that Jisoo will leave him one day.

Jisoo rubbed his both eyes with hands to get rid of unshed tears and looked with hurtful eyes. Dokyeom slightly widened his eyes and felt a little scared at the thought of hurting his hyung. He started questioning himself whether he said something wrong which offended his hyung? Jisoo removed Dokyeom's hands from his face and softly grabbed them with his own hands.

"Why do you think that I will leave you in the near future?" The question left Dokyeom stunned, he didn't know what to say but he knew one thing that this marriage was not something his hyung wanted. He will never leave his hyung because he loved him but does that apply to his hyung? He didn't know and that's why he assumed that in the near future his hyung will leave him. "B-Because you didn't w-want this marriage." Dokyeom let out almost in a whisper.

Jisoo's eyes slightly softened and his hold on Dokyeom's hands got tightened. "Then you are very wrong Dokyeom-ah. I thought you knew me inside out but now I don't think so." he let out in a serious tone. After hearing his hyung's words, Dokyeom's hands momentarily squeezed his hyung's hands with his own. " I know you hyung and I know that you are not happy with this marriage and I want you to know that I'll never force you to stay in this relationship if you don't want to, you know that." Dokyeom said urgently as if he wanted his hyung to understand his point.

After a long time Jisoo smiled genuinely without any strain and negative thoughts. He knew that his Dokyeom-ie is very giving but this is beyond his expectations. Jisoo knows how hurt he must be feeling from inside and if it was someone who didn't know him for a very long time then they would have believed him and would have left him but Jisoo can see through that facade clearly.

"I know I never wanted his marriage but it doesn't mean that I will leave you. I am committed to you till my last breath. I am yours forever."
