Being a human in an academy full of monsters isn't exactly a trip to disney world. There are so many rules that I'm forced to follow for my "safety". I'm not really allowed to do anything with the other students, I can't be alone with any other students, I can't join campus wide movie nights or any other "fun" activity night.
Did I mention this is a predominantly male school? Actually, all the students are male. Except for me. There are a few female teachers and counselors, I believe there's four of them.
So, me being a girl is the main reason I'm not allowed to do anything. Since most of the guys here have barely been touched by a girl they tend to be a little aggressive.
I can handle it though. They all know better than to touch me without my permission. I broke a guy's arm last week because he touched my arm by accident. I had too. I couldn't let them think I was weak. They'd eat me alive, literally.
I'm stuck at this school because my adoptive parents are monsters and they can't send me to a normal school. They said it would be confusing for me to be seen with humans and the rest of their kids never to be seen at my school. My siblings are chill. They're all boys which is another reason I got stuck.
I don't hate it here. It's just complicated. I can't do anything but learn and lock myself in my room. Yes, I literally have to LOCK myself in my room. I mean chain the door, bolt it and close the steel door I have behind it. It's a literal prison, but it's necessary seeing that ALL of the guys here go through monthly heats.
One time I was out late and Pat Kirby seen me and tried to fuck me. He's a ghost. But he can phase in and out of his body, meaning he can take the form of a normal human or turning into a ghost.
I thought about letting him, mostly because I was horny too, but the principal here told me never to engage in sexual activity with any of the boys here.
I can't say that it's been a total fucking nightmare, but it's real damn close to it. I've made a few friends in the two months that I've been here. Well, maybe more than a few.
A lot of the guys here follow me around because they're fascinated with the "human body". Apparently humans are fun to observe, at least that's what I've been told.
I do my own research around here. I know almost every kind of monster here, there are some that are a mystery to me but I'll figure it out soon enough.
I know for a fact that there are wolves, vampires, ghosts, dragons, shapeshifters, demons, sirens, witches, and a handful of other things on this campus.
My brother Liam has been helping me understand this whole "new world" thing. Apparently not a lot of humans know about the existence of the supernatural and they definitely don't go to school with them. I'm just special, I guess.
There are 11 schools for the supernatural in the state. Overall there's about 104 in the world, according to Lolo. Anyways, schools for the supernatural do "normal" people stuff like having football games, basketball games, and all that shit. It's just more restricted.
They all have to wear these wristbands that are cursed with some type of black magic that dampens their powers so if someone were to get angry nothing catastrophic would happen.
I think that's boring. Let them fight. It would be entertaining. I mean if they can't learn to control themselves with people like them, how do you expect them to go out into the human world and not expose themself? It's all stupid to me, but I'm just a human.
A human that is about to be VERY late for her first class of the day. I can already see Brayden's face. He's gonna be pissed if I don't hurry up.
Brayden's my other brother. Him and Liam are both older than me by two years. They're fraternal twins.
