𝟘.𝟙𝟙 The Last Chapter

After weeks of relentless trials, near-death encounters, and emotional turmoil, Gusion, Guinevere, Hayabusa, and Kagura arrived at the hidden headquarters of the S.A.B.E.R Squad. The sleek, futuristic design of the HQ seemed out of place compared to the magical landscapes they'd traversed, but it was exactly where they needed to be. 

Which is rather strange, of course. When they first arrived, it was rather impressive. How quickly time passed.

The high-tech facilities buzzed with energy, and for the first time in weeks, hope flickered in their hearts. Guinevere will be cured. 

Inside the state-of-the-art medical bay, a team of scientists and healers worked tirelessly on Guinevere, using both advanced technology and ancient magic to cure the curse that had plagued her. Gusion stood by her side the entire time, his heart pounding with every passing second. He watched as they carefully extracted the dark magic from her body, the curse that had bound her, pulling at her soul.  

"Kagura!"

"Guin!" Upon reaching the medical bay, Kagura threw her arms around Guinevere, nearly suffocating her.

"I-I can't breathe-" Guinevere gasped for air.

"Oops! Sorry!" Kagura giggled in a manner strangely similar to Layla. 

Guinevere grinned back and for a brief moment, everything felt right. She was cured, and they had succeeded.

Part C: The Search for Lancelot

But their mission wasn't over. They still had to find Lancelot. After leaving Guinevere to rest, the group set out to locate her brother. With the help of the S.A.B.E.R Squad's advanced tracking system, they finally pinpointed Lancelot's location in the Swan castle.

The team went to the Swan castle, their hearts set on freeing Lancelot. The route was long but with Kagura's precision, Hayabusa's agility, and Gusion's fierce determination, they found their way there in no time.


At last, they found Lancelot, who was enjoying himself by feeding swans in the Azure Lake. Guinevere, still recovering but refusing to stay behind, rushed to his side the moment she saw him. She embraced her brother, holding him tightly as if afraid he would disappear again.

"Guin?" Lancelot's mouth fell open, his face full of disbelief. 

Gusion, watching from a distance, felt a wave of relief wash over him. The siblings had been reunited. The quest was complete.

"Lance, who are these people?" A soft voice was heard from the Swan Castle. 

"This is my sister, Guinevere. Guinevere, meet my wife, Odette, the Princess of Swans."

"Pleased to meet you, Princess Guinevere of Baroques." Odetted smiled warmly at her. On the other had, Guinevere looked furious. Odette, who saw her expression, instantly backed away and was taken back, However, the royal princess Guinevere Barqoue rounded on her brother Lancelot and yelled in a voice that made the servants around her flinch.

"YOU MARRIED WITHOUT ME KNOWING? SHAME ON YOU, LANCE!" She shrieked so loud that the birds from the woods squawked and flew away.

"Well, you're missing and I don't know how to send the invitations, so-" Lancelot laughed nervously.

"You're dead meat, Sir Lancelot," Gusion patted Lancelot of the back. He didn't know how to offer advice either, except to run away.

"Your're... that Paxley boy... Gusion?" Lancelot tried to recall.

"Nice to see you again Lance," Gusion greeted him half-willingly.
