𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 - 𝟭𝟲

Shanaya's POV

I got up and came downstairs first. Today is my engagement, I am feeling so much emotion in myself. Happy, Nervous, Excited, Tensed and what not.

There have been lots of hustle bustles in my house. Everyone is getting ready to go to the palace. Gayatri Maa, Ki and Swara had called, they had already reached the palace. Swara and ki are checking the decorations and all. My family is also about to leave for the palace.

I came downstairs and saw everything is ready and placed in the cars.

"Shanu, Have you checked your all the things?? Dress and all??" Mom said coming towards me.

"Yes Mom I came to just checking all the things." I said while checking.

"Princess we are going to the palace first as Rathores have already arrived there and we also have to greet our guests. You can come after getting ready. Is it okay with you??" Dad asked me.

"Don't worry dad. You guys go. I'll come after sometime." I said while smiling at them to which they nodded and left for the palace.

Then I went to my room and started getting ready. After sometime I came outside after locking the house and saw 3 cars are already waiting for me.

I frowned looking at the 3 cars and thought "Oh god shiv, I think 1 car was enough for me. Why he has to send three cars. I know 2 of them were full of guards now." I just shook my head while thinking of his protectiveness towards me.

Then a guard came from the middle car, placing a right hand on his chest and bowing his head in front of me. He greeted me and said "Good Morning Mam, boss has already informed me to bring you to the palace. Can we leave now??"

"Sure" I said while nodding. He opened the door for me. I sat and we left for the palace.

I reached the palace and Damn it!! It is a very beautiful. Shiv has really booked a huge palace for our wedding. I saw there were guards all around the palace and at the gate. All of them have guns and all in their hands.

As soon as I stepped outside the car. All of them stepped back, placed their right hands on their chest and bowed their head in front of me. Not even once did any of them raise their heads in front of me.

Looks like I'll have to ask shiv for this. It's really really a unique way of greeting. I smiled awkwardly and don't know what to do. But thank god Arav and Arnav come towards me not to forget their way of greeting.

"Bhabhiii maaa!!!" They literally shouted and I laughed seeing them.

They came and instantly bent down and I again stepped back saying sternly "Arav!! Aranav!! I already told you guys that you both don't have to bend down in front me." I said while hugging them. They just smiled sheepishly.
