All of the dishes were ready and served on the plates. Everyone was eating breakfast while. Shweta was staring at Siya who looked a little sad.
"What happened Siya Bhabhi?" she asked. Siya looked at her and said, "Why didn't you let me make my Karele and baigan ka bharta, it tastes so good. You should also eat that"
Veer grabbed his stomach painfully upon hearing this and went to his room saying sorry to everyone. He can't stand with her food at all.
Jiya chuckled seeing the view of novels in front of her. Kartik kissed Siya's shoulder and said, "Koi baat nhi kal bana lena mai khaunga aur Jiya to hai hi."
Jiya smiled upon hearing that. Siya also smiled feeling her cooking skills worth for someone. Last night, Jiya ate the food made by her and she quite liked it.
Suddenly they heard a screeching sound from outside. A man came inside running. His gaze landed on Jiya and his eyes became teary. He came toward her and hugged her.
Ankit said, "Dr. Atharva" Atharva didn't look at him and just kept his daughter near him. Nobody knows that how much he missed her. he tried to find her everywhere.
Anuj, Jiya's brother came inside. He also hugged her and cried for a while. Jiya didn't look affected. She pulled herself from the hug and stood near Anjali.
Atharva and Anuj felt a little hurt by her behavior but still, they were happy that Jiya was fine.
Ankit came to Atharva and Anuj and asked them to sit on the sofa. Anuj had already met all of the Shekhawat men as a CEO of Colorgloss but today they met as brothers.
"Dr. Atharva" Ankit whispered. Atharva wiped his tears and looked at him. He frowned looking at him and then asked Jiya, "Jiya what were you doing in this house? I mean how did you come here?"
Jiya just rolled her eyes in irritation and annoyance because she didn't want to start any family drama right now.
Uday smiled and looked at Anuj and hugged him. Anuj was taken aback by his hug and looked here and there in confusion.
Ankit also hugged Atharva and said, "Never thought I would meet you like this"
Atharva didn't understand what was going on there. Ankit broke the hug and said, "Your wife was my sister, Atharva"
"What?" he asked in confusion.
Uday nodded and said, "Kavya, she was my sister. Karnika Shekhawat. Princess of Shekhawat family"
He started narrating everything, from the day Karnika went missing to the day she died. Atharva got furious knowing everything, his peanut suffered for 2 years and he never knew.
Yes, he knew that she was molested and he tried to find the molester too but when he failed to find them he thought about not asking anything to her and giving Kavya that trauma again. Without her memories she used to shiver at any man's gaze so, what would have happened if she remembered everything? Thinking about this he shifted her to America.
