Helluva Boss - After the Party

Another day, another party. She'd been invited to one of Bee's bangers down in the ring of gluttony. Her agents all implored her to attend, after all it was good for publicity to be seen having an active and glamourous lifestyle, especially if she could be seen hob-nobbing with hell's elites. Besides, she needed a break. She'd spent so much time thinking about Blitz0 recently that she felt like she was about to burst.
It's not that she minded the company. Bee's parties always had a fair amount of hellhounds present and those guys knew how to party and throw back, hard. Plus, there would be an ample supply of Beelzejuice, obviously. Fresh from the sweet, sweet source, queen Bee.

As a popstar she was used to the attention, people fawning over her at every turn but the hellhounds and party guests were surprisingly chill, preferring to have a good time over being star-struck. At the center of it was queen Bee, buzzing around like a... well a bee, making sure everybody was happy and getting what they wanted, overindulging in her sweet nectar. She spotted her amidst a throng of people after giving a singing performance. Her voice was like honey, she was good at it. They had that it common at least.

They hadn't interacted much in the past, but had known each other for a while know. Taking a break from hobnobbing with the party guests, Bee locked eyes with her across the room and gave a friendly wave. She buzzed over using her flitting wings landed in front of Verosika, giving her something akin to a half-drunk embrace.

"Verosika! Enjoying the party?" Bee asked with a wide grin.

"Yeah, it's pretty wild. You always know how to throw a bash," Verosika replied, smiling back.

Bee laughed, her wings fluttering excitedly. "You know it! We aim to please here in Gluttony. Everyone's gotta get their fill, right? Have you tried the Beelzejuice yet? Fresh from yours truly."

Verosika nodded, holding up her glass. "I have. It's amazing, as always." She found it odd that she was enjoying an intoxicating substance that came directly from another person, but then again her line of work had made her somewhat of an expert when it came to a... similar indulgence.

Bee's eyes sparkled with mischief. "Glad to hear it. I always make sure there's enough to keep the good times rolling. Speaking of which, I've been hearing some interesting things about another type of party you've been hosting..."

"You... know about those?" she asked sort of embarrassed... especially after how she'd reflected on them recently.

"Oh yeah... I was talking to my boyfriend the other day and he told me about them. Evidently your last one was a smashing success... with new guests of high status. And some interesting developments." Bee's tone was playful but there was a hint of something else. Verosika couldn't quite place it but it sounded almost accusatory.

"Y-your boyfriend? Who's that? " Ver asked to divert the attention away from her (stupid) party. Was it one of Blitz0's exes? Bee looked around the swarm of guests in her party, each one of them with a smile on their face, some busy making out with a new found crush, nothing too spicy but just enough, until she found who she was looking for.

"Tex, Tex sweety come on over!" she said to a particularly buff and ruggedly handsome hellhound not too far away.

"Wait... Tex? Vortex? *My* Tex?" Verosika asked incredulous as her off duty bodyguard and recent friend approached. Bee only laughed as the hellhound joined the two.

"Noooooo. *My* Tex. I'm not sharing this one." Bee winked and said as she leaned into her man, giving him a kiss that would have made Asmodius blush. Ver's mouth was left gaping.

"Hiya sweety, hiya boss!" said Tex who licked his lips after the kiss.

"Wait wait wait. You're dating... Buh.. Bee. Freakin' Queen Beelzebub?" she managed to blurt out at last. The hellhound only nodded enthusiastically as he beamed with happiness.
