"Mr. Mori you have three visitors two of them I hear are claiming to be close to you."

I pray it's not my mom or sister I'm not ready for them yet....

"Alright tell them to come on in."

Nao's parents enters the room.

I sign with relieve looks like my luck is turning around even if it's as small as this.

"Ohh my what happened who did this to you!"
Exclaimed Ms. Haru

"Honey He's a tough man he doesn't need to be pampered Nao you're lucky to have such a good boyfriend protecting you."

Mr. Hotaru laughs.

Nao previously told them about what happened a fight breaking out and Hiroki fighting for her sake but she never mentioned the cheating part.

when she got home she got permission to visit Hiroki in the hospital but she never expected them to visit they never told her keeping it a secret for a surprise visit.

Hiroki looked at both of them with a forced smile trying to act normal.

"Nice to see you both you don't have to worry about me much..."

"We have to after all your Naos boyfriend maybe future son in law." Naos father winked at him

Nao looked with guilt knowing the whole situation she only stood there silently watching them talk.

"Don't tease him honey!"
As she grabs Mr. Hirokai's ears

"Owww ok!!"

she lets go of his ear after her husband stops.

"What happened at school Hiroki?"

"Nao said you fought for her was it some boys picking on her?" As Ms. Haru looks at Hiroki with care and concern

I knew they were really worried for me but I didn't want them to worry Nao's parents were always nice and understanding even before I dated her in all honesty they seemed more like my true parents then my other family besides my dad.

"It's nothing some boys were talking bad about her so we got into a scuffle it's not that big of a deal we both apologized."

I told them a lie to hide the truth I didn't want Nao's parents to know the truth about their only daughter being this dirty further ruining their relationships.

I always try to hope people can change for the better like how my dad changed me I don't want to cause her parents pain I will endure this pain alone for the sake of others.

Nao looked disgusted at herself why was Hiroki lying for my sake? he could of told my parents the truth and got me in trouble potentially making the police get involved.

And yet he's protecting me again....

"Hey Hiroki as always you're protecting Nao this girl can be carefree and clueless sometimes but please take care of her in the future." As Nao's dad bowed

"We are extremely grateful for you protecting Nao even through her middle school years she was bullied and you protected her thank you." Nao's mom also bowed in respect.

Nao's dad wrapped his arms around Hiroki's neck after the conversation concluded.

"Hey who won the fight?" As he jokingly said that

Mrs. Haru grabbed her husband's arm.

"Stop bothering him! He's still hurt can't you see sorry Hiroki for this we will be leaving now."

"Hey no kissing with Nao while we're gone haha." As Nao's dad teaseling said that to me while both of them leave.

They both left the room after the visit.

I enjoyed their company but now the room became awkward and silent again as only Nao and I look at each other.

"Hir-"

As Nao was about to say something she was interrupted by a knock.

I then realized I had to talk to Ayumu next until hearing someone else forgetting the other visitor.

He knocked once not even letting me say anything before opening the door and entering.

"Coming in" his voice sounded familiar that of a relative.
