Next Day

Scene : The Royal Gardens

The sun had just begun to rise over the kingdom of Vedantham, casting a warm golden hue across the royal gardens. The vibrant colors of blooming flowers mixed with the lush greenery created a picturesque scene. Aadhavan, the handsome Crown Prince, sat on a stone bench, deep in thought as he reviewed some scrolls of royal duties that had been piling up.

His younger brothers-Hrishikesh, Anantnath, Abhinandan, and Prathamanand-entered the garden, their energy palpable. They were dressed in riding gear, excitement written all over their faces.

"bhaiyaa !" Hrishikesh called out, a wide grin plastered on his face. "We're planning a hunting trip today. You have to come with us!"

Aadhavan looked up from his scrolls, a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes. "Hunting, you say? And what makes you think I have time for such... frivolities?" He raised an eyebrow, trying to maintain his royal composure.

Anantnath stepped forward, his enthusiasm unwavering. "Come on, bhaiya! It's been ages since we've spent a day together in the wild. Just think of the thrill! We'll have so much fun!"

Abhinandan, ever the persuasive one, chimed in. "Besides, you could use a break from all this," he gestured toward the scrolls scattered on the bench. "You can't be all work and no play. It's good for the soul, brother!"

Prathamanand nodded vigorously. "Yes! Please come with us! We'll be lost without you. Who else will keep us from getting into trouble?" He laughed, trying to lighten the mood.

Aadhavan shook his head, a small smile creeping onto his face despite himself. "You really think I'm the one who keeps you out of trouble?"

"Definitely!" Hrishikesh laughed. "We need you to lead us. You're the prince, after all!"

Aadhavan sighed, knowing he was losing this battle. "You do realize that I have responsibilities to attend to?"

"But bhaiya, this is the perfect chance for us to bond!" Hrishikesh insisted, his voice earnest. "We rarely have time like this, and it would mean a lot to us."

The youngest, Prathamanand, looked at Aadhavan with wide, pleading eyes. "Please, bade bhaiya! Just this once! We promise to keep it short. We'll be back before noon."

Aadhavan studied their faces, each one filled with excitement and longing. The playful banter and brotherly camaraderie tugged at his heart. After a moment, he felt the weight of his responsibilities shift, if only for a moment.

"Alright," he finally relented, a chuckle escaping his lips. "I'll join you, but only because I can't bear the thought of you getting lost or hurt without me there to save you."

The brothers erupted into cheers, their excitement echoing through the garden. Anantnath jumped up and down, while Abhinandan clapped Aadhavan on the back.

"You won't regret it!" Hrishikesh exclaimed, already heading toward the stables. "Let's get our horses ready!"

As the brothers dashed off, Aadhavan couldn't help but feel a surge of warmth. Despite the responsibilities awaiting him, the joy of spending time with his brothers outweighed it all. He stood up, stretching his arms with a smile as he followed them, ready for a day of adventure in the wilds of Vedantham.

"Just remember," he called out, catching up to them, "I expect to see some impressive catches today! No slacking off!"

The brothers laughed, their spirits high, knowing this hunting trip would be a day to remember.
