The Setup

Naruto could feel the tension in the air. Something was brewing, something bigger than the usual street fights or turf wars. He knew the Orochi Boyz weren't going to let the recent hit slide. Konoha's streets were ruthless—every action had a consequence. But Naruto wasn't worried. He thrived in this chaos, and he knew that eventually, Sasuke would come for him.

One night, Kiba called for a meeting. The gang gathered in a dingy basement beneath a bar, the air thick with the smell of cigarette smoke. Kiba paced in front of them, a cocky grin on his face as he explained the plan.

"We've got intel that the Orochi Boyz are moving product through our side of town tomorrow night," Kiba said, his voice dripping with confidence. "They're getting sloppy. We're gonna hit them hard, take their shipment, and send a message."

Naruto leaned against the wall, listening quietly. Something about this didn't sit right with him. The Orochi Boyz were smart—especially Sasuke. This felt too easy. Too obvious.

"We hit them before they even see us coming," Kiba continued, clearly enjoying himself. "Naruto, you take point on this one."

Naruto's eyes flickered with suspicion, but he kept his face neutral. If this was a setup, he'd have to be ready. Sasuke was no fool, and Naruto had a feeling that this "shipment" was bait. But he wouldn't back down. He would play along and see where it led.

The next night, Naruto and a few other Vatos Locos members moved through the dark streets, following Kiba's lead. They arrived at the warehouse where the supposed drug deal was going down. The place was eerily quiet, too quiet. Naruto scanned the area, his instincts screaming that something was off.

As they approached, the doors to the warehouse burst open, and gunfire erupted from every direction. Naruto dove behind cover as bullets whizzed past his head. It was an ambush—just as he suspected.

Kiba shouted in panic, trying to organize a counterattack, but the Orochi Boyz had the upper hand. They had been waiting for this.

Naruto peeked out from behind a stack of crates, his eyes narrowing as he spotted Sasuke in the chaos. The Uchiha was calm, orchestrating the attack like a master tactician. Their eyes locked for a brief moment, and in that instant, Naruto knew that this was just the beginning of something much bigger.

With gunfire still echoing around him, Naruto made a decision. This wasn't the time to retreat—it was time to show Sasuke who he was really dealing with.
