Weeks had passed since Naruto's sabotage of the contraband shipment, and the Surenos were still reeling from the blow. Menma, their leader, had tightened his grip on the gang, punishing anyone who stepped out of line, convinced there was a mole within his ranks. Tensions were high, and trust within the Surenos was at an all-time low.

Naruto knew this was his moment. He had softened them up; now it was time to make his move. If he could turn the Surenos to his side, or at least have them under his control, it would give him an edge—not just in the prison, but outside as well. The Orochi Boyz were still a looming threat, and Naruto needed every bit of leverage he could get.

Naruto found Menma in the yard, pacing and muttering to himself, surrounded by a few of his loyal guys. The paranoia was eating away at him, and it showed. Naruto walked over, his steps measured, his expression unreadable.

Menma stopped, his eyes narrowing as Naruto approached. "What do you want, Uzumaki? You got something to say, or you just trying to get yourself killed?"

Naruto stood tall, his voice low but commanding. "I'm here to offer you a way out."

Menma scoffed, shaking his head. "A way out? You think you can fix this mess?"

"I know I can," Naruto said, crossing his arms. "Your crew is falling apart. They don't trust you anymore. And if you keep going like this, it's only a matter of time before someone inside your own gang turns on you."

Menma's eyes flashed with anger. "You don't know what you're talking about. The Surenos are stronger than ever."

Naruto's gaze didn't waver. "No, they're not. They're weak, and you know it. That shipment you lost? It wasn't some rival gang. It was me."

The shock on Menma's face was immediate. He tensed, fists clenching, ready to fight, but Naruto raised a hand, stopping him.

"I'm not here to gloat. I'm here to offer you a solution. You keep fighting your own people, you're gonna lose everything. But if you work with me, I can help you keep control. Together, we can take over this entire prison. No one touches us."

Menma's anger slowly gave way to calculation. He didn't trust Naruto, but he couldn't deny the truth in his words. His own guys had been slipping, and the power structure he had built was crumbling beneath him.

"What's in it for you?" Menma asked, his voice guarded.

Naruto smirked. "Control. The Surenos run the contraband, but I know how to run the streets. You bring your crew under my influence, and I'll make sure you keep your power in here. When I get out, the Vatos Locos and the Surenos can work together. No one will stand against us."

Menma studied Naruto, weighing his options. It wasn't an easy decision—working with Naruto meant admitting he had lost control, but it also meant survival. After a long pause, Menma nodded slowly. "Alright, Uzumaki. I'm listening."

That night, Naruto and Menma met in secret in the laundry room, away from prying eyes. Menma brought a few of his most trusted guys, while Naruto came alone, exuding the quiet confidence that had earned him so much respect in the yard.

"You know your crew better than I do," Naruto began, leaning against the wall. "But I know how to keep people in line. You've been ruling with fear. That works for a while, but eventually, people get tired of it. What we need to do is give them a reason to trust you again."

Menma frowned. "And how do you plan to do that?"

"We take down the Orochi Boyz from the inside," Naruto said, his voice cold and deliberate. "The guards have been playing both sides, but they're getting sloppy. There's a new shipment coming in next week, and this time, it's going straight to the Orochi Boyz. We intercept it, make it look like the guards screwed up, and pin the blame on them."

Menma's eyes lit up with interest. "If we do that, the Orochi Boyz will lose face. Their own guys will turn on them."

"Exactly," Naruto said. "And when that happens, we step in. The Surenos take control of the contraband again, and you re-establish your authority. In return, you make sure the Vatos Locos get their cut."

Menma leaned back, rubbing his chin. "You've got a plan, I'll give you that. But why should I trust you? You already screwed with my operation once. What's stopping you from doing it again?"

Naruto's expression darkened. "Because I don't need to. I've already proven I can take you down if I want to. But that's not what I'm here for. I'm here to build something bigger. You and me, we can control this place. But if you keep fighting against me, you'll lose everything."

Menma stared at Naruto for a long moment, then finally nodded. "Alright. We do this your way. But if you cross me again, Uzumaki, I'll kill you myself."

Naruto's smirk returned. "You won't have to."

The next week went by in a blur. Naruto and Menma's crews worked together in secret, setting up the plan to intercept the shipment. The guards were none the wiser, too busy taking bribes from both sides to notice the trap being laid for them.

When the shipment finally arrived, everything went off without a hitch. The Orochi Boyz never saw it coming. By the time they realized what had happened, it was too late. Their own members were already pointing fingers, and the guards were scrambling to cover their tracks.

Menma's influence within the prison surged almost overnight. The Surenos, once divided and paranoid, rallied behind him again. But this time, Naruto's hand was firmly in control, guiding Menma's decisions from the shadows.

Naruto had bent the Surenos to his will, just as he had planned. And now, with the Orochi Boyz weakened and the guards distracted, he had one more goal: getting out.

Outside, Sakura and Ino had kept the Vatos Locos alive through sheer determination. The gang wars were still raging, but with the Orochi Boyz losing ground, they had started to push back.

"We heard from one of the guards," Ino said, pulling Sakura aside one night. "Naruto's making moves inside. He's got the Surenos under his control."

Sakura's eyes widened. "He's taking over from the inside?"

Ino smirked. "He's not playing around. He's setting things up for when he gets out. And when he does, we're gonna hit the Orochi Boyz hard."

Sakura clenched her fists, determination burning in her eyes. "We've held it together this long. We'll be ready when he gets out."

Back in prison, Naruto sat in his cell, his mind still working, still planning. He had the Surenos on his side now, but he knew it wasn't over. The Orochi Boyz were still out there, and the gang war was far from finished.

But now, Naruto had allies. And when the time came, he would use every one of them to reclaim the streets and take back what was his.
