Prison Politics

Naruto's name spread like wildfire through the prison. He hadn't joined any major gang, but everyone knew he wasn't someone to mess with. He walked through the yard with his head held high, his fists clenched, and his mind focused on one goal: getting out and taking back control of the streets.

Every day, he had to navigate the dangerous web of alliances and enemies that made up prison politics. The Surenos, led by Menma, still eyed him with suspicion, waiting for any sign of weakness. But Naruto kept his distance, knowing that a full-blown confrontation would only land him in solitary—and that would ruin any chance he had of making moves.

Inside the walls of the prison, it wasn't just about survival; it was about leverage. The guards were corrupt, turning a blind eye to the gang wars as long as they got their cut. Money, drugs, and favors flowed through the system, and Naruto knew that if he could find a way to tap into that power, he might be able to shorten his stay or at least make life easier for himself.

One day, while working in the laundry room, Naruto overheard two guards talking about an upcoming shipment of contraband. They were discussing which gang would get access to it first, and Naruto's ears perked up. If he could disrupt the flow of contraband, it would weaken the Surenos' hold on the prison economy.

Later that night, Naruto sat on his bunk, formulating a plan. He needed to find a way to get the neutral inmates on his side, those who didn't care about the gang politics but wanted to avoid trouble. He'd already started making inroads with Jugo and a few others, but he needed more people to trust him.

The next day, Naruto approached Jugo in the yard. "I need your help."

Jugo looked up, wary but curious. "With what?"

"There's a shipment coming in soon. Contraband. The Surenos are gonna try to take control of it. If we disrupt that, they lose power. I need you and a few others to help me out."

Jugo frowned. "You're asking for a lot, Uzumaki. Messing with a contraband shipment could get us all killed."

Naruto's eyes were cold, determined. "If we don't do something, they'll keep getting stronger. And that means more control over this place. More violence. You want to keep your head down, I get it. But sometimes, you gotta stand up and fight back."

Jugo was silent for a moment, considering his options. Then, he nodded. "Alright. But we need to be smart about this."

Naruto smirked. "Don't worry. I've got a plan."

That night, Naruto and Jugo gathered a small group of inmates who were willing to help. They didn't want to get involved in the gang wars, but they understood that keeping the Surenos in check was in everyone's best interest.

Naruto explained the plan: they would sabotage the delivery, making it look like a rival gang had intercepted it. If they could pull it off, it would spark tension between the gangs, keeping the heat off them while weakening the Surenos.

Two days later, the plan went into motion. The shipment came in during the early morning hours, smuggled in through the laundry service. Naruto and his crew were ready. While the guards looked the other way, Menma's crew began moving the goods.

Naruto and Jugo waited for the right moment. As soon as the guards were distracted, they slipped into the laundry room, where the shipment was being stored temporarily. Jugo quickly slashed open the packages, dumping half the goods into a nearby drain. They worked quickly, making it look like a botched job from a rival gang.

By the time Menma's crew arrived to pick up the shipment, half of it was missing. The tension was immediate. Menma's furious voice echoed through the halls as he demanded answers, but no one knew what had happened.

Naruto smirked to himself as he watched the chaos unfold from a distance. The Surenos had taken a hit, and now Menma was scrambling to figure out who had crossed him.

Outside the prison, the Vatos Locos were also struggling. With Naruto locked up, Sakura and Ino had to lead the crew. They were holding their ground, but the Orochi Boyz were relentless, pushing harder every day.

"We need to send a message," Ino said, her voice hard with frustration. "They think we're weak without Naruto."

Sakura nodded, her mind racing with strategies. "But we can't go in blind. We need to hit them where it hurts, just like Naruto would."

Ino clenched her fists. "We'll send a message, alright. And when Naruto gets out, we'll be stronger than ever."

Back in prison, Naruto's plan had worked better than he expected. The Surenos were in chaos, and rumors began to spread that another gang was trying to take over. Menma, furious and paranoid, started cracking down on his own crew, trying to figure out who had betrayed him.

Naruto kept his head low, but he knew this was just the beginning. He wasn't done yet. The more he could destabilize the power structure in the prison, the easier it would be to survive—and to get word to his crew on the outside.

He touched the Vatos Locos tattoo on his hand, a silent reminder of the life he had waiting for him beyond these walls. He wouldn't be in here forever. And when he got out, the streets would feel his presence again.

Vatos Locos forever.
