𝐈𝐈. when girl meets boy

Gojo Shinobu is considered to be the blessed member of the Gojo family.

And yet they refused to accept or even acknowledge that. Despite being blessed with the two hereditary cursed techniques of her family, the elders refused to accept her as the next head of the Gojo family. A son would've been better they say, she's better off to be married to someone of the same status as their family they whisper.

Simply put, she was blessed yet they refused to acknowledge her all because that she was born a girl. A family that had been alive for several generations, the traditions of old times were going to be valued more than any gift that the gods will bestow upon you. Misogyny and sexism run deep in the Gojo family, no matter which corner she turns, there will always be a member of the family that will sneer right in front of her face.

Shinobu didn't care, something as caring what they say was a waste of time and effort. She knows that all they can do is bark but they could never bite her because they know that if that happens, she would just simply kill them and get away with. Even if the elders of her family did not approve of that, they could never have a say in it because they will simply be executed by the snap of the current leader of the Gojo family which is her father.

She is her father's princess after all and if something were to happen to her, all hell will break lose. It was already set in stone that once her father passes away, she will automatically become the next leader of the Gojo family. If there are members who are opposed to her having that position and then they all can die and simply rot in hell, it was that simple.

But of course, being in a family of Jujutsu sorcerers, Shinobu would one day become on as well and perhaps she will be known as strongest sorcerer of today. She is a special grade sorcerer despite still not being able to master her Limitless cursed technique yet. Shinobu looked at the building of her school, Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College while chewing on her pink bubblegum.

Her tousled, short white hair looked fluffy as the summer breeze blows through it. She frowned as her blue eyes covered by her sunglasses studied her school, despite being a school, it was empty because of the fact that this is a school for Jujutsu sorcerers. She walked up to one of the buildings and made her way to her classroom and as she opened the door, there were already two people inside.

One is a guy with jet black hair in a bun with side bangs while the other is a girl with short brown hair and was smoking a cigarette. She had heard about them, Geto Suguru who is also a special grade sorcerer just like her has the cursed technique of controlling cursed spirits that he had ingested. Shoko Ieri is a girl with an exceptional talent with using reversed curse technique with a bad habit of smoking all because her lungs couldn't be damage thanks to her reversed curse technique.

However, wasn't there supposed a fourth one? She heard that instead of them being just three they were going to be four first year students for this batch and the fourth person were nowhere to be found. She took a seat beside Geto who looked up from his phone.

"It's an honor to have the heir of the Gojo family to seat next to me." Suguru spoke, a teasing tone in his voice.

"Whatever," Shinobu dismissed. "Wasn't there supposed to be another guy with us? Where are they?" she asked.

"Beats me," Suguru shrugged. "All I know is that it was a last-minute enrollment."

And speaking of the devil, the door to their classroom opened to reveal their only other classmate, Y/n Itadori. He didn't bother to say hi or look at them, he just walked in and sat at the seat behind them. Shinobu looked at him curiously before slowly turning back to the front to wait for their teacher that is Yaga Masamichi that is going to give them their mission for the day.

"Has he always been like that?" Shinobu asked Suguru in a hushed voice.

"I don't know." Suguru whispered back. "All I know is that he got in because his guardian is a well-regarded Jujutsu sorcerer but he's actually a civilian who had recently got his cursed technique." He told her.

"You guys really have no tact, huh?" Shoko hummed, puffing out smoke from her mouth. "You're really gonna talk about the guy that's right behind you? Shit, you guys are either got guts or just plain idiots." She laughs in amusement.

"Rude." Suguru frowned at Shoko whilst Shinobu peek a glance at Y/n who was looking out the window whose eyes suddenly met hers as soon as she had look at him.

Shinobu immediately looked away, her heart beating rapidly. That's strange, normally the people that she would be looking are the ones who would be nervous of scrutinizing her. Right now, it seems that she was the one in their shoes now as she can't wash down the sense of nervousness and embarrassment away from her body.

The door to their classroom had opened and Yaga, their teacher walked in carrying some sort of file in his hands as he walked over to the teacher's desk and slammed both of his hands on the desk as all of them settle down well at least the three of them since Y/n is being well-behaved and quiet.

"I won't be talking any longer since I know that most of you know each other one way or another." Yaga spoke before looking at Y/n. "At least, the three of you. However, the higher-ups are impatient and wants to send you on a mission regarding the reports of what seemed to be a sudden rise of 'suicide' cases in a village out of the city, our investigators believed that it was a work of a first grade cursed spirit at least that is what they believe them. You four are tasked to find out what happened and exorcise the curse who is behind it at all cost. Is that understood?" he asked them and all of them answered in confirmation while Y/n still remained quiet.

Yaga nodded. "Alright, you all can wait outside for the car that will be escorting you to the village." He said as he left the classroom, Suguru and Shoko were the first ones to leave the classroom who was then followed by Y/n and Shinobu.

Y/n was walking up ahead with Shinobu trailing from behind, staring at his back. "Have you ever been taught that staring at people is rude?" he spoke but not once had he looked back and stare at her as he kept on walking.

"Oh, so you can talk!" Shinobu exclaimed in surprised. "I thought you couldn't."

"Then what was the point of me having a mouth if I won't use it." Y/n replied, monotonously. "Unlike you, I don't run my mouth about people that I never met in my entire life right in front of the people that I am talking about."

"You heard it?" Shinobu blinks in surprise.

Y/n stopped and looked at her with the most judgmental look he ever had in his entire life and that is saying something considering the fact that he had seen his younger brother do some of the dumbest shit imaginable.

"Why do we have ears for then? Do tell me, o great heiress of the Gojo family." Y/n sarcastically replied to her and started walking again.

"So, what's your cursed technique?" Shinobu asked as she runs up to him and was walking beside him. "What grade are you?"

"Do you ever shut up?" Y/n grumbled as he and Shinobu finally walked out of the building and saw Shoko and Suguru waiting for them.

"Looks like you two quickly became friends." Shoko noted in surprise.

"We are not friends." Y/n corrected with a dreaded look on his face.

"We are totally friends!" Shinobu enthusiastically exclaimed. "He's just being shy about it!"

Y/n looked at her with a glare and scowl while Shoko and Suguru were trying their best to hold in their laughter but sooner than later they bursted out laughing. Y/n just sighed out deeply in disappointment while Shinobu just stood beside him oblivious or plainly didn't care about what is happening.
