"Cheol?" Jihoon ushered close to Cheol, who was still not looking at him but had stopped when he called him."I was go -" As Jihoon started, he was interrupted by a familiar voice.
"Mr. Choi? I needed to disc -- Jihoon?" It was Jun. He then remembers their conversation on the flight.
"So you plan wedding?"
"Yeah, and make it memorable." He said with a grin. He wanted to tell him he was also on his way to a wedding, but what were the odds??? He was Cheol's wedding planner."Of course now the planner knows you too. Tell me you dated him too." Cheol’s frustration broke out.
"No. We actually met on the flight today. But what were the odds? We just might be soulmates." It was Jun who started, but all it did was create a scrowl on Cheol's face.
"Then meet your souls... or do whatever you want as I might not be needed here." Cheol sulked and made movement to leave, but Jun intervened.
"Actually, sir, you are needed here. I had something to ask about the party this evening." Jun started. Cheol was almost ready to burst again, but Jihoon just tugged at his hand, which somehow calmed him a bit or distracted him, maybe.
"I'll talk to you later, okay?" Jihoon told Cheol quietly and smiled at Jun. " See you too." Jun smiled brightly at Jihoon.
----
"5007, right?" Jihoon conformed his room number at the reception table.
"Yes, sir. Mr. Kwon has already taken both of the room cards, so maybe you can contact him. He had already asked us about you twice. Just one moment, and he just might call the lobby again."
And the phone rang,"Yes, Mr. Kwon. Mr. Lee is right here with us. Would you like to talk to him or just leave a message like before?" Jihoon ears were red because of the embarrassment. Soonyoung called the reception instead of him. What is he doing???
He casually patted his pocket to find the phone but then he remembered that he had kept his phone in his bag which he left in a hurry when he went behind Cheol. Right now, he was without his essentials or phone.
He was told to wait, and he had no choice but to do that.
After a few minutes, he finally saw the familiar guy with the tiger print jacket on. With that on, he could recognize him from other parts of the world.
---
Soonyoung and Jihoon were now seated in a small bakery cafe in the park. Jihoon said that he had eaten, but Soonyoung insisted that he needed some Italy air.
Jihoon sat on a bench, his mind drifting as he absentmindedly traced the rim of his coffee cup. The park was tranquil, a stark contrast to the turmoil brewing inside him. He had been "seeing" Soonyoung for a few weeks now, and the secret weighed heavily on his conscience.
He couldn't just go and admit to Cheol that everything was fake and planned just because his cousin brother saw him and in panic or embarrassment, Soonyoung became his self claimed boyfriend or the simple fact that he didn't wanted to be alone in this whole process.
Soonyoung could see Jihoon lost in his thought. The cake in front of him was still untouched. So he started.
"What's going on that brain? I can almost hear the machine creaking. Was the conversation that intense?"
