Hansol Vernon Chwe(Choi) had never really liked the idea of getting married. But after the day his brother had a heart to heart with him about feeling of love, he was considering it.

There was something about having a house to return to and a perfect family that just appealed to him.

When he was younger, he had played pretend to come home every day from work to his pet and a beautiful partner in the kitchen.

His Kwannie could give him enough of that, he decided. They had a long time to wait before needing to worry about having kids, but his boyfriend was absolutely perfect. He was clingy enough for Vernon to feel needed, and he wanted to take care of the man he loved.

There had been numerous times when he had to pause because of how domestic he felt. He would press up behind his Kwannie while he was working on doing the dishes, wrapping arms around his waist and pressing gentle kisses to the back of his neck.
Neither of them said anything as they stood with one another. They just basked in the feeling of being together, pretending they were finally married.

It was perfect, and Vernon nearly felt like he had won the world as how happy he felt. He’d gotten so lucky when he finally met Seungkwan, and he was intent on showing him that he is His to keep forever.

Seungkwan even once called him his husband, making his heart flutter every time he said the word. One day, he promised himself, it would be real one day. Until then, this would be enough.

He didn’t realize how much he wanted it until he had his Kwannie in his lap one day, cuddling with him on the couch.

His Kwannie's fingers stroked over Vernon’s ears as he laid his head back against his shoulder. Vernon kissed along his neck happily. His arms tightened around His Kwannie, forcing him impossibly closer to his chest.

“You’re so pretty,” Vernon whispered out to him. He pressed a kiss to his cheek, smiling when his Kwannie  turned to press a kiss to his lips. Holding him like this was so wonderful. He wanted to sit like that forever, never wanting to let him go.

“I really do want to marry you one day,” He told him honestly, opening up to him. His Kwannie didn’t seem put off by the words, and Vernon was happy. He knew he wouldn’t be opposed. He was perfect for him. Of course, he wanted Vernon to marry him, too.

There was nowhere else he would rather be than nobody else he wanted to be with.

That and there, Vernon was sure he's gonna make Kwannie his. Officially,  Legally. HIS.

~WEDDING DAY~

As the ceremony unfolded, the sun cast a warm glow over the garden, where vibrant flowers framed the makeshift altar. At the altar stood his brother waiting for his significant other who was walking down the aisle.

Vernon stood beside his Kwannie, captivated by the love radiating from his brother and his partner.

He watched his brother exchange vows with his partner. Each heartfelt word exchanged resonated deeply within them. Each vow echoed in his heart, stirring emotions he hadn’t fully acknowledged before. He never knew his brother could be this cheesy and so in love.

Seungkwan glanced at Hansol, who wore a soft smile, eyes glistening with joy. "Can you believe this?" Seungkwan murmured, squeezing Hansol's hand. "They’re actually doing it."

“Isn’t it beautiful?” Seungkwan whispered, his gaze fixed on the couple exchanging promises.

“Yeah,” Hansol replied, his voice low and assuring. “It really is.”

Kwan turned to him, a smile illuminating his face, and then his smile turned shy when he realized Vernon was actually looking at him.

When Hanie and Cheol finished their vow, everyone was moved to tears.
