Chapter 5

Alexandras POV:

I looked around the small spot Jasper put me in and took deep breaths. I was scared for the Cullen's knowing that I got them into this mess. I don’t want them to die or get hurt for me, this was my battle not theirs. I would die no matter what and I know it. My father wont stop until I am dead. Until he knows that there is no part of me left in this world. My mother tried to protect me, she gave up her life for me. But it didn’t work he will kill me if it is the last thing he does. He will kill and destroy everything in his path just so that he can kill me. This is not a innocent world, it is a cruel vicious one that people would murder others for no reason at all.

I waited for them to come and get me, afraid to leave on my own for i did not know who would win. It has been a few minutes since Jasper left, and I hate small spaces and especially if i can't see in hat small space. I know I shouldn’t be afraid of the dark cause I’m part Vampire but I just am, it is a part of me and I just have to accept that. I kept shifting my weight from one foot to the other while waiting as my feet were getting sore from standing this long. Time kept on passing by as I waited for someone to come get me.  But minutes passed by maybe hours who could know at this point. All I know is that if i want to keep my self alive as well as the Cullen's I must keep quiet there is no question about it.

All was quiet, so quiet that a mouse could be heard. My heart began to pound in my chest as this caused me to worry. What was going on out there if everyone was safe or not, questions liked that haunted me the whole time as I waited. Out  of no where I heard a loud bang and it had sounded like it was right out side the closet. My heart began to pound as I heard the bangs one after another, my heart was racing out of control there was no way to stop it. Foot steps pounding against the floor, one foot second foot, again and again. Closer and closer the steps came to my hiding spot, there wasn't  just one of them but two of them coming. I held my breath as I heard the closet door open yet i was behind a wall so they could not see me. 

" She is in here." I heard one say after taking in a deep breath. My eyes quickly looked from side to side then out the crack, trying to get a good look at who the men were. I heard them push hangers aside and bang on the walls hard. I held my breath as the crack that was letting in the light was covered. A bang hit the wall and i flinched at how loud it was. Next thing I knew the board was flung away revealing me to the two men.

I looked at them as a grin went onto their face, that is then when I had realized they were not with the Cullen's. I staggered to find my breath as I was in shock, but when I found it i let out a loud scream. The one man slapped me across my face and i growled at him as the both placed their hands on me. They took me into their arms and I growled loudly before screaming as loud as i could over and over again calling for help. They slapped me across my face again before they threw me on the floor. The one guy got on top of me gagging me so I could not scream as the other one tied my feet together then my arms.The door to the room flung open and there stood the Cullen's all wide eyed and scared. They all growled as they stood together and got ready to fight a battle that they would win or loose.

 Both parties ran right at each other and the battle began! I watched as the Cullen's fought with them, hard to tell at this point who was winning and who was loosing. People were flying everywhere people smashed into walls and screams filling the air. I flinched a few times as I watched the horrors that laid before me. All of a sudden you hear glass shattering to pieces and a bunch of men come through the window and full on attack the Cullen's. I tugged hard on the ropes as I tried to get my self free, I didn't not want to lay here and watch this horror, I want to be able to help protect the Cullen's. I screamed at the top of my lungs as someone sneaked behind Jasper and went to rip his head odd, but Jasper was as quick as ever and was able to kill him before he got the chance to touch Jasper.
