Walking around the new city enlightened Kinich about two very important things

First, he had horns, a tail and fangs. His tail and horns were identical to Ajaw's except they were pitch black with a dark green sheen to them. And second, the saurians really treated him like he's their mother. They followed him as best as they could but his strides were much larger, giving the poor whelps a hard time and slowing their walk significantly. To solve their speed problem, Kinich would just carry them. The baby Yumkasaur would be on his shoulders, clutching his hair and horns while the Tepetlisaur and Koholasaur would be in his arms. When the dragon lord first saw him, he wouldn't shut up

"HAH, so you decided to appreciate our great style. Have you finally learned to worship our greatness?" The little pixelated version of Ajaw was snickering into Kinich;s ear as his contractor just stared at him. They were currently seated on a park bench as they watched  the little saurians playing in a fountain.

"Kinich? KINICH, ARE YOU IGNORING ME?"

He sighed and turned his head to look at little dragon, "I'm not, it's just that nothing that you've said is worth my attention"

"You INSUFFERABLE brat, this is why your friend list is only four people; Traveler, Mualani, Kachina and me ." His contractor remained impassive until little warbles of happiness reached them from the fountain the saurians were playing. The Koholasaur was swimming around in the fountain in happiness as the Tepetlisaur and Yumkasaur were having a splash fight. Time had been passing quickly as they rested and the sky was painted in a mural of beautiful reds, oranges, and pinks with the setting sun leaving behind the last of its rays

With a sigh and a storm of pixels in front of Kinich's face, Ajaw turned into his human form again, "Hellooooooo, Kiniiiiiiiiiiich, can't ignore me now if I'm in your face~"

He poked Kinich on his cheek

"Kinich"

And poked him again

"Kinich"

And again

"Kiniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiich"

A crisp noise was heard as Kinich slapped away Ajaw's hand from his face, "Stop it or I'm will put you in timeout," his voice was icey and his tone stern. Sighing, Ajaw dropped his hand and sat down next to him, "You're no fun," and laid his head on Kinich's shoulder.

This got a reaction from Kinich, a small head turn, "Ajaw, need something?"

He was answered with an exasperated sigh, "No, you're just the most boring person I have ever met." Kinich was about to turn away from Ajaw when a large hand wrapped around his, "Ajaw?" he stared as Ajaw intertwined his own fingers with Kinich's," I'm bored"

"Fine," Kinich turned away from Ajaw and looked back toward the fountain where the saurian whelps were enjoying themselves. Almost as if they felt his eyes, all three turned toward Kinich and Ajaw and started to make their way toward them, "Awooo?"

Shaking off Ajaw and removing his hand, Kinich reached his arms out to the little saurians as they rammed themselves into his legs, "You have fun?" He received a small chorus of excited, happy yelps and allowed his usual impassive self to reveal a small smile

Kinich patted each of the whelps on the head and received little purrs of contemptment, he would have given them more head pats but he was then hit on the head with a tail. He hissed in pain, "Ajaw, what in Archons did you do that for?"

"Kinich. Someone's here."

He turned to look at his contracted saurian and his attention was immediately taken by Ajaw's stance. His posture was rigid, with claws extended as he looked with hostility toward a particular tree. Kinich, himself, adopted a protective posture. He pulled the little saurians close to his chest and used his tail to wrap around them to protect them even more

"I am Pro Hero, Eraserhead, and you have no reason to be wary, " a man dressed in black stepped out from behind the tree. He had a bundle of gray scarf that was perched on his shoulders with a yellow visor covering his eyes. The hero's appearance prompted a growl from Ajaw's throat, "No reason? No reason ? You followed us and said NOT to worry? Are you fucking serious? "

" AJAW , stand down," the dragon turned to Kinich who stared at him defiantly, covering the saurians' eyes from seeing a bloodthirsty Ajaw.

Eraserhead looked in shock as the young man (apparently called Ajaw) in front of him dropped his rigid posture and turned to the one who reprimanded him. He watched as the man gave a curt nod to the teenager and disappear in a flurry of pixels

With the man gone, the hero turned to Kinich, the teen was still in a defensive posture. He heard one question that was spat through gritted teeth

"Why did you follow us and what do you want?"
