Chapter - 12. Emergency

Everyone was doing there work. As they need to submit their project within a week. Each one of them was working in their best capacity. Everyone was trying to perform at their best.

Suddenly Advit called for a meeting.....

Mr. Saxena : Creative Department, there is a development in the project. We want our project not only on paper, or in Pendrive in form of presentation but we need to make a miniature version of the project with the same material they were all would be using in the actual designing too.

Mrs. Rai : Sir, ek week me miniature version...

Mr. D'suza : Sir, materials available hai, but miniature ke special designers we need. First we need to make miniature props then we will decorate it. Making props is not an actual problem. But the real problem is time.

Advit : And money as well.

Malik : Sir, miniature work is costly and it requires a lot of hard work and minute details....

Sumer : Sir, we all are doing this project again and the project is about Government library that are gonna make not only in our district but also in entire state and if the project is successful then in entire India All the libraries will have same design and pattern.

Harina : Sir, most important this project is a trail project. We need to keep this thing in mind.

Mrs. Rai : But, problem is still the same. Miniature art and same raw material.

Mr. Saxena : Riya , you know any person who deals in this...

Riya : We need to check the records.

Riya and other HR started looking for shops..

Kabir ( Another HR) : We have three miniature artist but I'm not sure about the time they will take.

Riya : And they use their own raw materials. But designs can be provided.

Kabir : Sir, but ek problem hai..

Advit : Kya????

Riya : Wo bass miniature art banate hai pura project nahi....

Till this time Shreya and Arpit was quite...

Arpit : But we are forgetting the most important part which is the designs, they should not only attractive, but at the same time it should be comfortable, adjustable, there should be proper arrangements. And most important update, The project that we are doing interior designing will also be checked, judged and voted by the citizens of our country for transparency..

Shreya : Adding to it, Citizens can ask questions to us.

Mr. Saxena : First discuss the process, then designs and then budget, and last but not the least Execution.

Mr. D'suza : The project will be judged on following criteria -1. Designs, creativity, and freshness
2. Affordable, adjustable and relaxing for long study hours.
3. Most important budget.

And the project will have to qualify for three rounds.
In first round : The authorities will select the project on Ist criteria.
If we clear that then Round 2 : Where projects miniatures will be displayed and we need to shot the video explaining what our project or designs say. And here citizens can simply put suggestions.
And we qualify for the Third round, we need to answers the questions from the citizens about the designs and they will vote upon them as well. The voting weightage is 50% and rest on authorities.

Mr. Saxena : Team A, Team B, Team C. Combine yourself and divide into design, budgets, market, data and inspiration. And send me all the inputs.
Shreya and Arpit along with Sumer will be taking the lead of Designing, Advit and Mr. D'suza along with Malik taking Budget, Marketing things will be taken by Kabir and Mrs. Rai.. Set your team and tell me details. It's time to overwork.
