I rolled over opening my eyes to a sleeping Ethan facing me. I smiled at him. He opened his eyes very slowly as well, and it was suddenly Grayson. "Good morning." He said, but I sat up quickly with shock.
Friday's early morning sun filled the room. I looked to my side, and no one was there. I sighed in reliefing, knowing it was just a dream.

For these past couple of days, the thought of Grayson's lips against mine has not left my head. Neither was him yelling at me, which also hurt.
Every day now he ignores me like I'm invisible. When we make eye contact in the hallways, which is rare, he looks at me like he's full of hatred and sadness mixed together.
I don't want to ask anyone anything about Grayson anymore. We haven't talked about this drama all week so far which is good. But, I'm still confused from that kiss so the only person I can talk to would have to be Grayson.
---
I saw Grayson at the lunch table. I got super nervous, but this was my chance.
"Hi, guys. Can I talk to Grayson?"
"Yeah." The replied about to stand up.
"No." Grayson firmly said.
"Ugh. It's just for a little bit." I stated.
"Get out of my face, Hazel." He said, making people's head turn near us even though it wasn't that loud.
I looked at him feeling angry and sad. Why is he pushing me away? This is also kind of embarassing that some students are seeing this awkward moment.
I didn't reply. I just walked away to my friends.
