21| Christmas
Janet's POV
7:12 AMToni laid on my chest while I softly rubbed her back. I've been up since 6, thinking that our children will be up, especially Eissa, but I guess not. Toni is still sleeping but she needs to wake up because I'm bored. I ran my hand down her fuzzy pajama pants, rubbing her ass. We wore Spider-Man pajama pants because every year we do matching pajamas and this year it was Eissa's turn to pick out our pajamas.
I gently gripped her ass, "Baby, wake uppp." I whispered and then kissed her ear. "Loveee, wake up, I miss you." She turned her head and I chuckled.
"Stooooppp, I'm tired."
"How come?"
"You... you kept me up all night." I chuckled. That was all her, she wanted me to keep going so I did.
"You wanted me to do that." She shook her head and I laughed.
"What time is it?"
"Quarter to eight."
"Mmm, how come the kids aren't up?"
"I have no idea, maybe they were tired. I have a feeling Eissa stayed up trying to see if he could see Santa."
"Mm, I don't want to deal with a cranky Eissa today because he didn't get enough sleep."
"I hope he didn't stay up all night." We laid together for a while before getting up and doing our morning routine. We then headed downstairs and started making breakfast for our children. A while ago I ordered these Christmas pancake molds and I'm going to try and use them today. Toni will be making Zee's vegan breakfast and I'll make the regular breakfast.
King was the first to come downstairs into the kitchen. He sat down at the island table. "Good morning parents."
"Good morning baby."
"How did you sleep?"
"Good, I did not stay up all night on my game." I laughed.
"That's good."
"Alsoooo..."
"What?"
"I invited someone over to dinner."
"Who?"
"One of your friends from school?"
"Umm yeah." He did not sound sure.
"Your girlfriend?!" We exclaimed at the same time. I looked at Toni, glad we're on the same page.
"Yes..."
"You have a girlfriend?" I mean, he is almost twenty so he can have a girlfriend, that's not a problem. It's just that, we are just now knowing.
"Yes."
"How did you meet her?"
"Is she nice?"
"How old is she?"
"Does she go to your school?"
"Is she—" We collectively asked questions.
"Woahhhh, this is why I didn't want to tell you guys. Y'all asking too many questions."
"We're just concerned that's all."
"I get that but if I wasn't sure about her, I wouldn't bring her around."
"Ohhh, you're sure about her?" Toni teased and I laughed.
"Her name is Raven and she's a cheerleader for the football team." Christian told us and we nodded.
