Let's start....

At evening the whole villa was very chaotic.
All the boys of the house were swimming in the pool splashing water on each other while Hania was giggling seeing her brothers while sitting with her Baba..

Abbas was very overwhelmed on the sight as he has built this villa with alot of his emotions and hardwork..He was very happy seeing his children blossoming in their respective fields..

While Abrar was busy making snacks for everyone inside..He and Abbas both always cooks for them and all the other house chores are done by maids..

After sometime Abrar came with snacks and served them with tea and fresh juice...

Abrar: bachon it's been 2 hours now let's come out of the pool. Have something and then go and rest
Kal Monday h apny apny school colleges ki tayyari kro shabaash..

All of them enjoyed freshly made pastas pakora's and brownies..

Zaviyaar: Yr chachu ap doctor giri chor k chef bn jao bhtt scope h.. But retorted soon seeing Abrar raising his eyebrows...Aryy aisyy tw mat ghooro sach m tareef kr rhaa hu my Handsome chachu.

Abrar whacked his arm and winked: ruko beta btata hu tmhyn myn k kitna acha doctor bhi hun.

Zaviyaar understood the threat as tomorrow is his monthly shot day and showed him his puppy eyes ...

Abbas just shook his head as Abrar was  a friend more than a chachu to them and always takes their side and ends up getting punished by Abbas with the kids almost every time...

After the snacks party everyone left for their rooms..

The whole Sunday became fun day for everyone.They all have very packed schedules during the week so on sundays they usually plan something special to enjoy the family time..

At night  everyone went to sleep right at 10:00 PM as they all wakeup at sharp 6:00 AM.

Abrar went to Zaviyaar's room who was sleeping peacefully but jerked opened his eyes when felt someone sitting and checking his pulse.

Zaviyaar: Ary bab re chachu yr dara he diya ap n mjhy.
Kam s kam sukoon s sony tw diya kryn.

Abrar: Shhhh bachyy let me check you once. I saw you were panting heavily after swimming a little bit... agr aisa he chlta rha tw I am sure tbyt bigar jayegi and i will have to increase your doses.

Zaviyaar had tears in his eyes as he just wanted this all to be one of his nightmares.He was suffering alot as he was not able to perform even daily activities that his brothers were able to do and it was getting very much difficult for him to hide his condition from others..

Abrar: After finding his pulse a bit low said, bachyy let's get your shot done now as tomorrow we are going to get our checkups done and I want your condition to be normal ..

Zaviyaar: Yr chachu wo tw kal lgna thaa naa.. he whined...abh tw wesy he legs m pain horhaa h..

Abrar: bachy you have exerted much today kahin subh tk tbyt kharab na hojaye plzz mera bacha chachu ko khud bhtt tkleef hoti h apko aisy dekh k lkn I want my lion to be all fit and fine so that your surgery would be done without any complications...

Zaviyaar gulped on the word "SURGERY". His only fear as he is well aware that even after this surgery he has a very less chance to live ...
