Aaliyar was continuously drinking coffee while studying late at night as he had severe headache which he kept ignoring royally.....

Arham's woke up from sleep at 5:AM in the morning from the calling sound that was buzzing continuously since last 15 minutes.He was on duty till 12:00AM yesterday night and was hell tired.....

He looked at the number and cursed that person who disturbed his sleep.....

"Bol kiya msla hy tery sath"he asked angrily......but his heart sank listening other prson's voice......

Arham jumped from the bed as he heard Aaliyar's voice laced with pain as he was speaking with a lot of difficulty....

"Aaliyar kiyaa hwaa hy"?? "Hania tw thk hy naa?? Teri awaz itni ajeeb q horh hy"?? He asked worriedly.....

"Yr Arham tu plzz abhi aaja mjhy lgta hy mera bp bhtt high hy dimagh phat rhaa hy or bhtt chakkar bhi aarhy hyn bed sy uthaa bhi nh jarhaa".... he requested Arham pain evidence in his voice .....

"Aaliyar medicine li thi tu ny???" Arham asked after 2 min silence.......

"Nhi yar bht busy tha" Aaliyar admitted......

"Acha tu pareshan mat ho I will be there within 15 mins bss aisy he letaa reh mai bs ayaaa".......

Saying this Arham rushed towards the washroom.....

Arham hurriedly reached Aaliyar's home and checked his b.p immediately which was skyrocketing.....

"Aaliyar b.p bhtt high hy tera tu ny abhi tak medicine q nhi start ki"??? Arham enquired....

Aaliyar sighed "mai bhool gaya yaar".

"Q letaa hy itni tension Aaliyar"??? He asked worriedly as this much high blood pressure at a younger age is very dangerous for anyone, and his friend had many episodes of this high b.p issue for the past 1 month......

"Yrr Arham jldi s kuch kr mera exam h 9:00 bjy mai skip nhi kr sktaaa hun"....Aaliyar requested him.....

Arham nodded as skipping the exam would cause him to fail his final year.....

He immediately took the b.p shot and filled in the 5 cc syringe, which is normally used to inject adults......

Aaliyar's eyes were on Arham's hands who was flickering the shot to remove air bubbles.....

Then he took out a 10 cc syringe, which has quite thick needle and is only used for suspensions and thick medications.......

Aaliyar widened his eyes seeing the needle and immediately sat on the bed but soon gripped his head as the pain shot in his veins.....

"Abyy pagal wagal hogyaa hy kiyaa?? mjhy jaan s maarna hy?? Yeh syringe q nikali hy tu ny"?? Aaliyar shouted at him.....

Arham tapped his shoulder... "Calm down Aaliyar....You need this booster shot...... wrna exam bhool jaaa......so no tantrums are welcomed right now so please behave"...... he stated sternly as he knew Aaliyar wouldn't agree for the shot easily......

"Abyy chal bay mjhy nh chahiye koi booster shot. bss b.p ka injection laga or dafa hojaaa"....he yelled with his full energy as he was hell scared...

Arham ignored him and filled the syringe with yellow thick liquid and then withdrew a red colour liquid in the same shot and grabbed alcohol cotton......

"Aaliyar, I don't want to force you chal shabash jaldi kar mjhy or bhi bhtt kaam hyn so turn around and show me your butt".....Arham said showing him both the shots...
