Chapter No 12 "The Real Culprit".

Zaviyaar came downwards ....he wasn't feeling the pain as the sore spot was a bit numb for the time being.....

Downstairs Abbas was tying Hania's hair while he was munching on her apple......

"Hania apko aj off timings mai Driver uncle pick kryngy Zaviyaar or Adnan ko pick krny k baad"....Abbas informed Haniaa...

"Bhaijaan q nh ayengy," Hania asked as this little miss always wants to know everything.....

"Beta bhaijaan ki tbiyat theek nhi hy tw m unko chachu paas ly k jaaonga islye wo nhi ayengy....Abbas told her.

Hania worriedly looked towards Aaliyar, who gave him a smile, assuring this little cupcake.....

"OK, aj mai apky lye chocolate laaongi bhaijaan or jb ap wapis ayengy tw apko dungi" ...she tried to cheer him up

Aaliyaar picked her up in his arms and kissed his cheeks, saying "good luck for the day, Hanuu" ........

She jumped from his arms and ran outside.....

After the last exam Abbas picked Aaliyar and brought him to their hospital.....

Abrar was already waiting for them....

"Aaliyar hop on the couch beta"Abrar guided him towards the couch.....

Abrar checked his blood pressure and all other vitals and noted in his chart.......

Aaliyar then took off his shirt and laid down on the couch for the ECG.....

After the ecg, Aaliyar was sitting on the couch in front of Abrar, fidgeting his fingers continuously, shaking his legs nervously as Abbas sat beside him, putting his hands on his legs to calm him down......

"How's the ecg Abrar"??? Abbas asked in a low voice, not ready to listen any bad news.....

Abrar rubbed his face with both hands and replied....."Ecg is a little bit abnormal, bhai but the issue isn't in the heart.....His arteries might have been blocked"....Abrar filled them with the information..

"So what could be the cause of this much high blood pressure? How to rule out the cause?"... Abbas asked worried...

Abrar looked into Aaliyar's eyes and told them "we need to do angiography for proper diagnosis"......

Abbas grip got tightened around Aaliyar's legs as Aaliyar started shaking his head in no, and his eyes started shedding tears......

After a long silence, Aaliyar said to Abbas....."baba chachu ko boldyn mai koi angiography nhi krwaonga......mjhy takleef sy na guzaryn mai kuch bhi bardasht nhi krstaa".....

Abrar could sense the distress in little Kids' voice and wanted to remove away his pain, but he was very helpless......

Abbas looked towards Abrar with pleading eyes but sighed heavily, looking at his blank expressions......

Abbas nodded towards Abrar.....

He made a stern face and held Aaliyar from his shoulders and said: "Chalo"......

Aaliyar raised his eyes, amused...he didn't think of Abbas accepting his wish so easily.....

Abbas pulled him in a side hug and guided him towards OT where the procedure was to be done.....

Aaliyar breath hitched, and he started his silent weeping looking into Abbas eyes.....Abbas ignored him completely and practically dragged him towards the room......
