Recap:
"Tyler? Tyler Kingston?"
🌀🌀🌀
ONWARD WITH THE CHAPTER!
🌀🌀🌀
I was shocked beyond belief. So shocked, I'm surprised I haven't fainted yet."T-Tyler? W-what are you doing here? I haven't seen you in two years," I said, still shocked.
"Kiki? Wow! I didn't even notice you. Uh, who's this," he said the last part with a hard expression.
Wow. Just freaking wow. I haven't seen him in two years and one of the first things he asks is who is behind me.
Shocker!
Who is Tyler Kingston you ask?
He's my ex-boyfriend. We had to break up when he moved to L.A. Besides that, we were practically the "Golden Couple". Everyone liked us together.
I liked us together.
But it's in the past. And I don't know what he's been doing for these last two years. For all I know, he could be doing drugs. You just don't know.
"Uh... Him?" I asked pointing to Travis behind me. "Oh he's... Uhm...," I said looking for the right word. "Oh. He's a guest in this household," I said enthusiastically mentally slapping myself for thinking of something as stupid as that, yet still feeling proud at my choice of words.
"Oh...Kay," Tyler said awkwardly.
"Hey. So if y'all are finished conversing, can we get our pizza now," Travis said behind me.
"Yeah. Sure," he said handing the pizza to me and taking the money.
"We should catch up sometime Kiki," he added at the last minute.
Totally..," I said awkwardly, trailing off as he got in his car and drove off.
"Well, that was awkward," Travis said.
"Let's just finish the movie," I suggested, walking towards the living room.
🌀🌀🌀
"Have a good night Travis," I called to him as I walked in my room.
"Good night Keaira," I heard him say softly.
I went to my wardrobe and changed into some pajamas. Then layed in bed and fell asleep soothingly.
🌀🌀🌀
I can hear banging on my bedroom door.
"Keaira wake up. We're going to be late to school," I heard someone yell.
It sounds like Travis. But it also sounds like a dream. I'm never late to school. I happen to have the most perfect attendance record.
"Keaira, if you don't get out of bed, I'm taking your car to school by myself."
I shot straight out of bed. Well, that got me up. I opened my door to see it was in fact Travis.
"What do you want country boy," I ask him.
"We're going to be late to school. I've been banging on your door for twenty minutes now."
"Late? School? What? No. Oh no. Okay, go get breakfast and I'll try to meet you down there in fifteen minutes," I rush then slam the door in his face.
I run to the bathroom and take a shower, wash my face, and brush my teeth. You know, the usual stuff you do in a bathroom.
I then get dressed into a light blue and white cutoff sleeve, button-up blouse paired with neon pink/orange, floral patterned pants with a blue wristband, some rings, and white sandals. It's a bit more casual then usual. It will work. I really don't care.
I twist my hair into a cute up-do and put on some light makeup. I then look at the clock. I took exactly fifteen minutes. Wow. I rush downstairs into the kitchen to see Travis eating a bowl of oatmeal.
"Come on. We're gonna be late," I tell him. I grab a parfait from the fridge and rush to my car. Travis gets in and I drive to school.
🌀🌀🌀It turns out that we were a little behind on schedule. When Travis and I went to first period, he busted through the door screaming, "We're not late." He kind of made a fool of himself. Now I'm in last period. We had lunch at the very end of the day, which sucks.
I can't stop thinking about my dog, Chanel. She's in Paris getting a head-to-paw doggie massage. She gets one every month. Stress isn't good for dogs. Plus, Chanel is a purebred white poodle. Which just adds on stress because she's so perfect.
I tune back into the teacher while watching Pheobe transfixed on the teacher. She may be crazy but she's crazy smart. I have her in almost all my classes. Thankfully.
"Miss Abbs, can you tell me what I just said," the teacher, Ms. Treistman, asked me. I cleared my throat and answered,"You said-".
Right then the bell rung. Yes! Saved by the bell like a boss.
I rushed out of the class so I didn't have to answer him.
Next was lunch.
I went to my locker to grab my wallet. When I got it, I walked towards the cafeteria.
I walked to the table where all my friends are sitting at. I sat across from Travis as I threw a twenty dollar bill at Ryan and told him to get me lunch. He walked off muttering incoherent words under his breath.
"What are you dressing up as Kiki," Diamond asked me.
OMG! I almost forgot! The Worthington's party! Tonight is Halloween!
"You'll see," I whispered mysteriously as everyone laughed.
"Travis? Are you going as a cowboy," I questioned him.
"Actually I wasn't planning on going," he mumbled.
"What? Bro, you have to. You're part of our group now. What would everyone say if one of the popolare gruppo didn't show up," Tommy said.
"The what?"
"Oh. By the way we all speak Italian. Maybe you should learn it if you actually want to fit in," I say smugly.
"Oh, Tesoro, lo so Italiano. Non sottovalutarmi," he says smoothly.
Shoot! Everyone likes him even more now. I need a plan to bring him down.

Omg this is a realllllllly short chapter. I'm sorry. I'm not impressed with this chapter at all, so I won't be surprised if you aren't either. I had major Writers Block.
It's been four lonnng months. I seem to get a life at the most unfortunate time for my readers. Soooooo very sorry. Forgive me? Thanks.
Okay so if the translations are right then:
popolare gruppo = popular group
Oh, Tesoro, lo so Italiano. Non sottovalutarmi = Oh, Babe, I do know Italian. Don't underestimate me.
