Third POV
Y/n decided to cut today's training short, she felt as though she just simply couldn't handle them anymore. That was an hour ago when she stormed out shortly after the interaction with Barou. Everyone else stood shocked while Barou flipped her off growling angrily and storming off as well.
Isagi looked to Bachira, and the two looked to Chigiri. They both ran up to him, Isagi was the first to speak. "So.....if we tell you something can you promise not to tell anyone else?" Chigiri gave them a look of confusion mixed with intrigue and nodded. "Fufufu......we walked in on her in her truest form," Bachira giggled, looking back to the door where Y/n had stormed out.
Chigiri's eyes widened as he whisper-yelled "what!?" Isagi understood what he was implying and shook his head, blushing furiously. "Nonono....not like that! We were exploring earlier and found her dancing-" "She was amazing~" Bachira sighed, cutting his friend off.
Chigiri began to think. Had they been the ones to make her so angry that morning? And cause her to sleep in because of it? Isagi seemed to have heard Chirigi's unspoken question and nodded. "Yeah, she was in this....small studio. It looked really homey and she was dancing without any music, her hair was down, and she was wearing a hoodie and some sweatpants, rather than those tight dance clothes she's been wearing."
Chigiri's heart started to hurt......and he had no clue why. He liked that she had seemed to take such a liking to him so quickly, simply because he wished to learn more. And some part of him wanted to get closer to her. Yet Isagi and Bachira had beaten him to the punch....even if it wasn't on purpose.
He watched as his two friends reminisced, sighing blissfully and even blushing. It had been two days since she had arrived and she already had four of the players wrapped around her finger.
And she had no clue.
Ego was watching through the cameras, chewing his fingernail in annoyance. This is exactly what he was worried about. But he had to see this through. It would make them better. He sighed, pushing himself out of his desk chair and walking off to who knows where.
Y/n, on the other hand, had stormed off to her room, sadly she could not slam the door, considering it was automated, so instead she threw one of her shoes at the wall. It bounced back and almost hit her in the face, making her even more angry. She plopped on her bed as her eyes watered and she allowed herself to cry.
'Why am I here? Am I being punished?' she thought to herself as she sobbed. All she had wanted was to live her life and reach her goal. She wanted to be the best in Russia. And sure....she was seen as that by much of the dance community. But she wanted to hold that title till she died.
'The Kokeshi of Russia' that's what they called her all around the world. 'Kokeshi' meant doll in Japanese while 'Russia' obviously referred to the Russian half of her blood. She sighed, her tears finally slowing to a halt as she got up, her hair even messier now than it was before.
She didn't care. She wasn't trying to impress anyone. She huffed softly 'I just have to teach them and get through it alive...... Shouldn't be too hard. Right?' she thought as she made her way back to the studio, expecting it to be empty.
Instead, Bachira, Chigiri, Isagi, Reo and his friend Nagi, and Rin were all still in there. Trying to train, but failing miserably. Y/n's emotionless eyes widened slightly as a glimmer of hope flashed through them. She walked up to the boys, clearing her throat and looking away, slightly embarrassed.
Everyone looked back at her, surprised yet curious. She opened her mouth to speak, closing it and opening it again a few times as she tried to find the words. She didn't want to be vulnerable in front of them.
Anri watched through the cameras. 'It seems she has more of them on her side than he thought' she giggled to herself, walking off to find Ego with a small pep in her step. Y/n sighed softly, placing her hands on her hips and looking up at the boys through her eyebrows and stuttered out.
"Be a swan, Ugly Ducklings."
