As I mentioned before we will be learning A few more Kanji and Sentences!!! I don't remember if I mentioned learning particles but I want to wait on that one a little bit so yea. Probably the next chapter after this! But anyways let's get right into it!

We will learn the kanji first, I hope you remembered the other kanji I taught you! And studied well since I've been gone, this break was longer, I've been quite busy unfortunately but hey I'm here now aren't I? Haha, anyways get a comfy seat or if you even want to just lay in your bed or whatever you wanna do while you study this and let's begin yea ;) okay great!

First we will learn the kanji, "Day" "Night" "Rain" "Rainbow" "Family" and "Friends" and maybe Cat and Dog, you should already know how to pronounce things and if not go run through what I've taught you so far alright? Don't worry this study book will be here forever for when you need it so take your time, it's a journey after all right? Cool cool, relax get some coffee tea or water, whatever makes you more cozy ;)

First up is learning "Day"

The kanji that means "day" is 日 (pronounced "nichi" or "hi" depending on the context).

When used to mean "day" or "sun," it's often pronounced "hi" (as in 今日 "kyou" = today, where 日 is pronounced "hi").
It can also be pronounced "nichi" or "jitsu" in words like 日曜日 (nichiyoubi = Sunday) or 毎日 (mainichi = every day).

The meaning can vary slightly depending on the compound it's used in, but it's always related to time, day, or the sun.

Next "Night"

The kanji for "night" is 夜 (pronounced "yoru" or sometimes "ya").

Yoru (夜) means "night" in a general sense, like in 今夜 (konya = tonight).
It can also be seen in compounds like 夜明け (yoake = dawn) or 深夜 (shinya = late night).

This kanji specifically refers to the time of night or evening.

Next is "Rain"

Rain is "雨" (Ame)

Isn't it cute and funny how the symbol kinda has like the rain in like a window sorta? You get the vibe of what I mean? Heh.

Next "Rainbow"

Rainbow is "虹" is (Niji)

Next "Family"

The kanji for "family" is 家族 (kazoku).

家 (ie or uchi) means "house" or "home."
族 (zoku) refers to a "tribe" or "group."

Together, 家族 (kazoku) refers to family in a general sense.

Next "Friends"

The kanji for "friend" is 友達 (tomodachi).

友 (yuu or tomo) means "friend."
達 (tachi) is a suffix that indicates a plural form, but in this case, 友達 can mean either "friend" or "friends," depending on the context.

If you want to specifically say "friends" (plural), you can just use 友達 (tomodachi), and for a single friend, it's also 友達 (tomodachi). The context usually clarifies whether it's singular or plural.

Lastly, Cat and Dog

Cat 猫 (neko)
Dog 犬 (inu)

Ah wonderful, try to remember those in your head and memorize the best you can, You got this! Next up is sentences we will be doing basic ideals
