nine of them had finally convinced Scorpion and Frost to come with them after a long half hour of begging and pleading, and Eden and Scorpion screaming hysterically at each other. Finley and Frost chatted quietly over books they had read. Dori, Cornid, and Delphine whispered near the back of the room, and Elliott, Pinetree, and Poptart were planning some kind of scheme. "Should we get going?" Finley finally said. The chatter stopped to a halt. "What about the bar?" Scorpion had a realization

"What about it....?" Elliott asked cluelessly. Delphine rolled her eyes and Cornid looked at him funny.

"I can't look after it if I'm gone, cactus brains," Scorpion said irritatedly.

"You're gonna have to stop being such a jerk," Eden said, crossing her arms.

Scorpion picked up some sand and swirled it into Eden's face.

"Ohmigosh, NOT FUNNY!" Eden said, her face so red with embarrassment you could see it through her dark skin. Scorpion laughed hysterically.

"Scorpion and Eden, sitting in a tr-"Dori started before she felt Scorpion's hand slap the side of her face. She smiled mischievously as Eden gave her a slap too. The two were in a similar pose with their arms crossed, looking at Dori as if to say, "Real mature."

"Not cool," Scorpion said.

"I didn't really catch you guys's names..." Frost said shyly.

"Finley," Koi pointed at Finely. "Elliott, Cornid, Dori, Pinetree, Poptart, Eden, Delphine, and I'm Koi." He said.

"So where are we going?" Eden asked Finley. "To find Cassian." Finley responded, looking down at the atlas. "How do- wait." Dori stammered before breaking off and looking at Koi with a terrified face. "Dori- I'm sorry," Koi said, "Your sorry?" She said, "uh-hu." Koi said quickley nodding his head. Dori snarled, before turning towards Finley. She walked slowly up to him, Finleys face turned red and franticly looked at Koi, "Dori sto-" Koi was too late, (again) Dori had alrady put her hands on Finleys face and was kissing him.

Finley's eyes widened in shock and his face turned red. Finley staggered back, "Ummm," He mumbled.

Koi walked up to her and pulled her back by her brown hair, "OW!" she screamed. "WHAT IN MERCY DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!" Koi yelled. Everybody else was staring from a distence."YOU DIDN'T TELL ME WE WERE GOING TO KILL OUR MOTHER!" She yelled back

"Okay," Scorpion said. "What in Mercy is up with those two," Cornid shrugged, and Eden turned away from Scorpion, still a bit angry. "Oh come on, get over it," Scorpion groaned.

"Cry yourself a river because I. don't. like. you," Eden snarled, her voice dripping with disdain. Scorpion's eyes narrowed in response, and the two locked gazes, anger simmering between them.

"Can you two just stop?" Koi interjected, rolling his eyes in frustration. "We're trying to do something here."

"I cannot believe you would hide something like this from me!" Dori cried out, her voice tinged with hurt and betrayal.

"I can't believe YOU kissed Finley!" Koi shot back, his own emotions running high.

"Why do you care?" Dori snapped, her tone sharp with frustration. "Why do you care if you're not in love with Finley?"

Finley turned away. He opened the atlas and studied it.

"Because-I-URGH!" Koi cried. "It's just weird, because I....Because I...."

"YOU WHAT!" Dori screamed.

"I kinda like Finley," He muttered.

Finley turned around. "Excuse me?" He was smiling surprisedly.

"Nothing," Koi muttered, then turned away. Finley rolled his eyes and stared back at the atlas.

"EVERYBODY STOP IT!" Pinetree yelled.

The whole group went silent. "This is stupid. We're trying to save Finley and Elliott from, like, certain death!"

"Nobody wants to hear your petty little arguments, we've got princes to sa-" Pinetree started, then he fell flat in the ground. That's when his skin fell off and they saw cables and pipes and metal.
