Dori pushed them down on the floor with a thud. Koi hit the stone and it made him think of when he had fallen in the castle courtyard. His face softened. "This'll be easy. I'll kill each of you off at once. First," Dori said, twirling a knive in her hands. "Prince Finley himself. How lucky am I!"
Finley shivered, unable to get up. Koi watched in horror as Dori inched closer to his beloved Finley.
Koi used all of his leg strength to propel Dori into the wall. She slid down to the floor with a sickening thud as she lay unconscious. Then he used the bk=lood that was slowly inching down finley face, to cut the rope "Come on," Koi helped Elliott, Finley, Frost, Scorpion, and Amber up. "We've got some friends to save."
They used their time as quickly as they could, because Dori wouldn't be unconscious for long.
They found the sleeping girls and shook them awake.
"Eden," Scorpion sighed with relief as her eyes fluttered open.
"Scorpion," Eden said very sleepily. "Did I ever tell you that you're cute?" She kissed him on the cheek.
"Yeah, I think she's still a bit drugged out," Scorpion said. He grabbed her and tried to lead her somewhere farther away. Finley, Frost and Elliott brought all three girls to a small hiding spot.
Delphine shook her head. "Stop,"
Finley wasn't expecting this, Cornid and Eden were fast asleep. But Delphine was wide awake.
"You've done too many favors for me. It's time for me to pay them back." Delphine said, looking at the ground.
Suddenly, the noticed the sun had dipped below the horizon. "It's a full moon tonight," Finley said to Delphine frantically.
"You can trust me," Delphine looked at Koi. "I won't hurt any of you or Cornid and Eden."
"You better not hurt Eden," Scorpion snarled.
"Okay," Finley grabbed Delphine's hands. "Go."
"Seriously?" Koi cried. "Finely! She attacked me! She turned me into a werewolf! My life will never be the same all because of-" He pointed a finger at Delphine. "Her!"
"Koi, that was a while ago," Finley said. "You've got to forgive her. Besides, when you're a werewolf, I still love you."
Koi was stunned and Finley blushed. Koi kissed Finley and stared at him for a second. "We can let her go."
"Thank you, thank you!" Delphine cried. She grabbed Frost's hands. "I promise I won't hurt anyone besides Dori."
Dori appeared behind them, followed by an incredibly tall sorceress with bright orange hair wearing a huge dress and holding a glowing staff. "Did somebody say my name?" Dori said, her voice sounded like a thousand different voices smashed together.
"Dori," Delphine said. "You betrayed me, and Cornid and Eden,"
"So what?" Dori said. She grabbed the staff from the tall sorceress.
Finley whirled around. Cassian.
The woman Koi had eavesdropped on's words echoed in Koi's mind. Kill you and your brother. Clean up the bloodline. Cassian.
Cassian. Koi's mom
The name Cassian blared through Koi's eardrums, even though nobody was talking to him.
Dori grabbed Koi by the neck and opened a green-glowing portal with the staff. "Bye-Bye Brother!" She called in her thousand different voices all speaking together.
