(A/N: Long chapter this one! Be ready!)
~Peter POV~
After a while since dinner, Carley and I left the Motor Inn, making Ben stay, to check on Lee and the group. I didn't like the fact that they're at the dairy and seriously, I think I should've gone with them, just to make sure that everything is in tip top shape.
When we got there, I saw a walker come up to that fence, Carley nodded at me, and I stabbed it in the head, killing it.
Then we crawled to what looks like Lee. It was and we had to see him before we moved up the property.
Lee: Peter.
Peter: Lee?
Carley came up beside me and she had to ask.
Carley: Is everyone okay? You guys have been gone way too long!
Lee: They attacked us.
Peter: I fucking knew it. How many of them are there?
Lee: Two left.
Carley: Where?
Lee: Larry's dead. They chopped off Mark's and tried to feed them to us!
Peter: Jesus Christ.
Carley: Is everyone else okay?
Lee: They still got Duck and Katjaa and I don't know where the fuck Kenny is!
Peter: Think he might be at the house? I think that's where I heard the scream.
Lee: That's a good point!
Carley: We're coming in to help.
Lee: The main gate is too dangerous, go around the fence and see if there's a way back in. I'll keep looking for Kenny. Do you have a weapon?
Peter: Always. And here, take this...
I threw this over the fence and it landed on the ground as Lee took it.
Peter: It's small enough. Hide it until the time's right to use it.
Lee: Good call. And Carley?
Carley: Never leave home without it. And Lee, be careful.
We both left him to find a way in. As we looked, Carley and I talked about what just happened.
Carley: I didn't think you'd be right about those people.
Peter: When I heard Brenda say "They grow 'em good here", I automatically assumed that they were.
Carley: That was a good catch.
Peter: Seems like there's a way in. Let's go.
We walked in and we crouched to the point that we got to the barn, where Lilly and Clem were.
