I still come to think
if what I'm doing is the right thing;
I guess I should just write you a quatrain:
Gentle waters and sea shores
sets the sun which hooks my course
You're the greatest thing I've met
so I stand here, in regret
I should just be happy, be glad.
That even if I'm sad for myself,
I know that you'll be okay.
And I suppose that's enough
for the silly me who weeps alone.
Thinking to himself, 50 hours of delusions
is a lot of time just to falter.
I'll keep being there for you,
even if you're there for someone else.
But I'm here, just to make sure you're happy;
to help you feel loved in times that you aren't.
But if I ever feel like I'm deserving of love,
my list of songs are there to remind me otherwise.
I'll be living in my own fantasy
with my Spotify Playlist,
I love you.
