Scene 20

Chitra POV

When I was searching for my sisters , I spotted Nandu and Nikki. As I approached them, I noticed that their expressions were different. Nikki looked very angry, while Nandy appeared frightened. I asked Nikki what happened, and she said:

Nikitha/Nikki: "Akka, let's leave. I'm getting irritated at this party," she said, trying to control her anger.

I thought something might have happened to her, so I asked what was wrong. She then told me everything about her encounter with a boy.

At first, I also got angry, but I knew my Nikki had taught that boy a lesson.

Then I turned to Nandy, who was still looking frightened, and I asked:

Chitra: "Nandy, what's wrong? Why are you so scared?"

But she still couldn't speak. Then Nikki said:

Nikitha: "I’ve been asking her the same thing for a while now, but she hasn’t said anything to me. Her face has been like this the whole time."

Seeing Nandy's face gave me negative thoughts, and I softly asked her:

Chitra: "Nandy, baby, please tell me what happened. Don’t hide anything from me. I’m here for you, okay?"

Suddenly, Nandy burst into tears, hugged me tightly, and said:

Nandhini: "Akka, he won’t leave me. Please save me from him," she cried continuously.

I was confused by who she was referring to. I wiped her tears and asked her:

Chitra: "Nandy, please tell me clearly what happened."

She then told me everything about the incident. A sudden wave of anger rose in me. How dare he say that to my sister! Then Nikki said angrily:

Nikitha/Nikki: "That son of a bitch! What does he think of himself? Don't worry, Nandy, I will teach that guy a good lesson."

She was about to leave when I stopped her by saying:

Chitra: "Nikki, this is not the right time. We will deal with him later. For now, call all of them."

Nikki nodded and called Tara, Tanu, and Lovely. The three came with sulky faces. I asked them what had happened, and they told me everything. Then Tara said angrily:

Tara : "Who the fuck is troubling us?"

Then I responded:

Chitra : "I don’t know, yaar. This party seems weird to me."

Then Tara asked:

Tara: "Why are you thinking like that?"

I responded:

Chitra: "I don’t know, but—"

I was cut off by Nandy, who asked Tanu:

Nandhini/Nandy: "Tanu, where is Kavya?"

Tanuja/Tanu: "She went to meet her friend."

Then Nandhini angrily said to Tanu

Nandhini/Nandy: "Are you mad, Tanu? Why did you leave her like that? Now, tell me where she is, and I’ll bring her."

I interrupted:

Chitra: "No need, I’ll bring her."

Tanu then said that Kavya was outside at the hotel. I headed towards her.
