*WHAM*
Rolling on the hardwood floor in her now dirtied tracksuit, Nobara's face remains deadpan as in the background, (Y/n) lowers his foot from its outstretched position "I don't think a head-on fighting style would benefit you." (Y/n) said
Nobara slowly gets up, her face portraying no emotions before suddenly- "YOU ASSHOLE! THAT HURT!"
(Y/n) raised his hands attempting to calm her down "Relax! It's just a friendly spar if you really want to fight up close then you could always ask Maki for tutoring. I just can't think of a way your technique would benefit from it."
Nobara clenched her fist, closing her eyes as she could feel her anger building "Then why in the world would you suggest I start with this?" She asked calmly, her anger notable if you paid attention
(Y/n) rubbed his chin, mulling over his chosen actions "Good question. I'm not a teacher, the only experience I have with teaching is with people who are similar to me."
Right before Nobara could berate him, (Y/n) raised a finger "BUT! Even if you're a ranged fighter it's always better to have a little knowledge on how to utilize yourself when close to an opponent."
Nobara sighed, accepting the reasons "True, it grinds my gears having to rely on you guys too much when it comes to face-to-face battles."
"I can imagine." (Y/n) began, recalling his past fights "I hate relying on others. There's nothing wrong with it, I know, but I can't help but think of how inadequate I am for needing help."
Nobara watches (Y/n) silently, who begins to snap out of it "Oh right! I'd say go to Maki for bodybuilding. Also, with the explosive nail thingy why don't you add a weaker explosion to your projectiles to boost their speed."
(Y/n) opened his right hand, revealing a nail "When your opponent is more accustomed to quick attacks then it can be quite useless." Suddenly, (Y/n) pointed the nail at a wall, preparing to flick it "Watch."
*PING*
*BOOM*
It was hard for Nobara to keep track of, yet for a split second, she could see the nail leave his possession before a red explosion originated from the head, accelerating too fast for her to keep track of.
"Huh?" Nobara asked, dumbfounded as she stared in shock at the boy's outstretched hand
Blood seeped from (Y/n)'s fingertips, forming midair into a nail "When you first shoot it, it's best to wait a bit before detonating it. While your own cursed energy may cause less damage to you, it's best to not sustain damage at all."
"Pretty much every sorcerer knows that." Nobara said, only to get ignored by (Y/n) who continued his lesson
"When you feel the nail is far enough away, detonate the back of it." As (Y/n)'s sentence came to an end, a spiral of blood slowly shot from the back of the crimson nail. "Although your cursed energy reinforces the nail, it's best to use a smaller explosion to reduce risk to its integrity."
(Y/n) dug into his pocket, pulling a card out while Nobara watched the bloody display in mild disgust and amusement. "As a grade one sorcerer, my salary is much higher than yours."
"Grade one!?" Nobara shouted, taking the card which she recognized as a Jujutsu I.D out of his hand "Woah... when did this happen?"
"I'm not a student technically, so Gojo just put me as a sorcerer. I don't attend your classes since I'm not required to so I just go on missions. Plus I did something to prove my power during the Kyoto event." (Y/n) said casually, watching on in boredom as she verified the card's validity
