Chapter - 4

The Next Morning, Phuwin, Joong, Dunk and Pond set out for their shopping adventure.

As they approached the mall, Pond's eyes widened.
"Oh my God" Pond whispered.
"What's wrong?" Phuwin asked.
"These structures...they touched the sky."

Joong chuckled.
"Alright, let's get inside."

As they continued shopping, the group entered a trendy clothing store.
A salesgirl, with a bright smile, approached Pond.

"Hii, Handsome. Welcome to our store."

"Thankyou. your store is... fascinating."
Pond said, smiling politely.

"I am Emily, can i help you with something?" Her eyes lingered on Pond.

Phuwin noticed Emily's interest and frowned.

Joong nudged Dunk.
"Look at Phuwin's face"

Dunk whispered back.
"Someone's getting jealous."

Emily handed Pond a few Shirts, as Emily walked away, Pond turned to Phuwin.
"Phuwin, what's troubling you?"
"I..just don't want you to get taken advantage of."
"Huh?"

"Well, i think your boyfriend is getting jealous" Emily said coming from other side.

Phuwin eyes looked at Joong and Dunk's reaction as they turn their faces otherside looking at cloths.
"You think this one is good Joong?"
"I think it will suit you"

Phuwin turned back.
"Um...we are just friends." Phuwin said.
"Oh, but i think you two will make a cute couple." She said as Phuwin's ear turned red.

Joong and Dunk exchanged knowing glance.

After sometime.

Dunk and Joong sat on a bench, waiting for Pond and Phuwin to finish shopping.

As they chat, their eyes met and something shifted.
Dunk's usual joking demeanor softend.
Joong's smile faltered for a moment.
An unspoken understanding passed between them.

Joong broke the silence.
"Hey, Dunk can i ask you something?"

Dunk heart skipped the beat.
"Anything, Joong"

Joong voice dropped to a whisper.
"That...what happened between us last night, did you thought about it?

Dunk's cheeks flustered.
"I...i don't know."

Joong's eyes searched Dunk.
"But I did."

The air thickend with tension.
Pond and Phuwin returned, obvious to the moment.

"Hey,guys. Ready to go?" Phuwin asked.

Pond noticed the tension.
"Everything okay, guys?"

Dunk and Joong quickly covered.
"Just tired" Dunk said.
Joong forced a laugh.
"Yeah, long day"

After dropping Phuwin and Pond at the apartment Joong and Dunk left together in car.

As they left Phuwin turned to Pond.
"Something was off between them today"

Pond's eyes narrowed."I thought they were just joking around."

Phuwin leaned in. "I've known Joong and Dunk for years. That wasn't normal."

Pond's curiosity piqued. "What do you think happened."

Phuwin shrugged his shoulders.
